We loved our stay at Anemos and would definitely stay again. The staff was so unbelivably friendly, generous and kind--making it so easy on exhausted travelers! The space was ample, very clean, and our stay was luxioursly quiet (we slept GREAT!). it's an easy walk or taxi ride to the center, but just far enough away for easier parking and quiet. The restaurants on the street around the corner were all lovely, local places and we were conveniently close to other staples like a small market and a great pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and walk or drive up into the hills just above Anemos, too. It's beautiful!

Overall a very good stay. Make sure to bring some bottled water as signs indicate not to drink (salinity). Rooms can be quite stuffy but if you open the window the road outside is actually quite noisy. Pillows are quite hard but beds are fine. Breakfast is more than adequate.

We had a good stay and our room was very comfortable. The people who managed the hotel were very nice. Also, the location was easily walkable to wonderful restaurants and the more touristy areas and we had no problem parking right near the building. We did have small issue with a power outage and it took a few minutes trying to get ahold of a staff member, but once we did get ahold of someone they came over immediately and quickly resolved the problem. My only complaint was that the water in shower was not very warm.

Beautiful small hotel in historic heraklion old town. Had hard time figuring out to get there as the navigator led me to one way street opposite way, and they walked to where I was. I had 4 family members and had quad room it was wonderful 2 room suite with access to the tiny courtyard and my kids loved the separation. Aircondition had some trouble, I had to reset the power to the aircon in circuit box, so it would need to be fixed. Was wonderful stay and I would go back to stay there if I return to Heraklion.

Anemos was an excellent place to stay in Nafplio. It is an easy walk to the center but in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We were able to park in front of the hotel. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed (we asked for extra pillows and blanket). Our hosts were extremely attentive and generous. They helped us in all kinds of ways -- with recommendations, early breakfast, laundry, etc. Highly recommend for a most enjoyable stay in Nafplio!
