Staff support was horrendous Sat 3 Jan - My family & I took a tour bus to Togakushi Shrine Okusha. We missed our designated time slot for the return trip at 1:30pm and could not board the next bus at 3:30pm because the bus driver claims that all tickets are sold out. Our attempts to book an Uber or Go-Get taxi were unsuccessfully. As it is winter, the sun was setting early and the place became dark very fast. There were no street lamps and we were concerned about our safety. Around 4:30pm we rang the Hotel Reception to request for assistance. We explained that we stranded at the Shrine & could not secure any transport back to the hotel. The female staff who answered the phone didn’t even bother to verify if we were guests at the hotel. After hearing our request, she referred us to Uber & Go-Get taxi when we had clearly explained the situation. She claims she cannot assist and hung up.
