Really close to Nagano station so very convenient. Really great place to stay. Only annoying thing is there is only 2 lifts - so you have to wait during busy period.

The room is very clean and fresh. Very close to Nagano train station east exit. Breakfast is delicious but a bit too crowded due to amount of ppl staying. Coin laundry is available on L1 which is awesome. Staff is very friendly. The only thing to be improved is bed a bit hard for me.

It is seems like business hotel where room size is small where challenging to have 2 big luggages inside but for my case I am lucky to be assigned where there is small aisle to the room so can leave my luggage there. It is located on the opposite of the Nagano station where it is quiet but walking distance is 5 mins. I enjoy the daily breakfast

The breakfast buffet was very good. The location of the breakfast area was especially nice: on the top floor, with views of the Japan Alps, and outlines and names of the peaks on the windows. The rooms are quite small with very little space for luggage or for hanging clothes. The beds were hard. The location of the hotel was excellent: an easy walk to the Nagano Station.
