In the heart of the town of Torbole sul Garda, this first-floor studio room for 2 people is perfect for a romantic or active getaway in one of the most charming areas of Italy. The room is on the first floor of a traditional residence, less than a 5-minute walk from the lake shore and close to many of Torbole’s amenities, restaurants, bars etc.

Inside, the spacious room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and a fridge, plus a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There is ample storage and an en suite bathroom. French windows open onto a private terrace. Here, guests can dine al fresco and enjoy stunning alpine views.

Location
Torbole is a popular destination for windsurfers from all over the world. There is a windsurfing school close by. The town’s main beach is an 8-minute walk. Here, visitors can relax, swim in the lake, hire a kayak or paddleboard and much more. Visitors can explore more of Lake Garda on one of the many ferries that operate from Porto di Torbole (4-minute walk)

Away from the water, the town of Arco, which is Italy’s climbing centre, is a 25-minute drive. Arco’s dramatic 12th-Century castle dominates the town. Exploring the Medieval streets is a fascinating morning out.

There are many hiking and mountain bike routes close by, including the panoramic hike, the Sentiero Busatte Tempesta and the Passeggiata dell’Ora, a combination of hiking and biking route along the north shore of the lake, from Torbole to Riva del Garda.

The beautiful town of Riva del Garda is just a 25-minute drive. Here you can learn about the region’s history and culture, as well as enjoy its delicious cuisine. To sample authentic town life, Riva Del Garda’s weekly market (Wednesday and Friday mornings) is the best place to find the freshest local produce. Otherwise, there are shops and supermarkets in Torbole.
