Uutta vuodelle 2019: olohuonekalusteet

Mikä hieno lomapaikka, 'Blue Heron' tarjoaa sijainnin ja mukavuudet, jotka pyrkivät miellyttämään! Kiinteistö sijaitsee Old Nags Head Placessa, moottoriteiden välissä, rauhallisella perheystävällisellä kadulla. Se on helppo kävelymatka rannalle yhteisön jalkakäytävällä vain naapurisi kiinteistön vieressä päiväksi rannalla. Old Nags Head Place tunnetaan paitsi Nags Headin kauniille rannoille myös helpolla, mutta löydätkin itsesi keskeisellä paikalla tutkimiseen ja ulkoiluun. Jockey's Ridge State Park on ohikulkutien varrella piknikille ja kiipeilylle hiekkadyynille itärannikolla. Nauti kilometrien päässä hiljaisista kaduista tai Nags Head -monikäyttöpolkuista lenkille, pyöräilylle tai kävelylle. Kaikissa Sininen Ulkopankki -ominaisuuksissa on liinavaatteet, kylpypyyhkeet, ennen saapumistasi valmistetut sängyt ja aloitustuotteet: wc-paperi, kylpyhuone saippua, paperipyyhkeet ja astianpesuaine.

Great location, easy walk to beach and sunsets at Jockey State Park. Pool was nice for when there were too many jellyfish to play in the ocean. Listing says for 14 people, but there is only bed space for 12 with 2in each of the double, queens, kings. It worked okay for us. Everything else was fantastic-had everything else we needed and the company was very responsive to questions.

Enjoyable stay at Blue Heron

Using a door code, we were able to get in and easily walk up the wide stairs with our luggage and bags. The living room / dining room / kitchen space was nice and set up well for easy movement. I had called the rental company ahead of our stay to inquire about the coffeemaker situation. I erroneously was told there was a Keurig at the house. Maybe someday I will learn how to use a Krups, but it wasn't on my list of things to do on this vacation. Loved the deck with the numerous chairs and a couple tables on the 2 upper levels. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as the short drive to restaurants and nearby Jockey's Ridge State Park.

Big but Outdated

Blue Heron was a perfect size for my family at Thanksgiving! Very close to the beach, nice walking path to the ocean. Bathrooms are very outdated, with second floor master bathtub being so large, it was unusable due to lack enough hot water to fill it. Third story shower head was so old, it fell off. Other than the bathrooms, house was a perfect vacation spot.

Cozy escape

We really liked the layout of the house, they decks on each floor, the open living room and kitchen, the spacious bedrooms each with a TV. The pool area was perfect with enough shade to find relief from the sun. it was a cozy escape from the busyness of life. We have a tradition of taking family pictures at the beach and an iron is a necessity- although there is not one listed there is an iron and ironing board. However, there are no blow dryers so ladies bring your own. Although they have spices, I would bring your own and oven mitts as they only had one hot pad. Lots of ice and filtered water on frig. which is an added bonus with children. A wonderful 5 min. Walk to the beach with an ice cream shop around the corner. Jockeys Ridge State Park a 3 min. Car ride away is a must see. We would definitely stay at the Blue Heron again.

Festive Family Fun

We met extended family at the property to enjoy a quiet New Year’s getaway after a busy holiday season. This place was perfect to access the beach, enjoy the hot tub, have vast sleeping/lounging areas and excellent communal spaces. Such a great house!

Vacation with friends

The Blue Heron was wonderful. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we had a problem with is the TV. It took a few days to get them working. It appears that someone took the firesticks or Roku's. So there was a few days we didn't have TV.

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful, big house with decks all around on all levels. Most of the furniture was great except for the pull out couch, which was in pretty bad shape. Unlike the listing, the children's room with the bunk beds are actually on the 2nd level connected by a shared bath to a queen size room. We really enjoyed the house, it's open and has tons of room to spread out. The private pool was a big hit and the beach just a short walk away.

Nice place to stay

We had a family trip with 12 adults and 2 children. House was big with lots of stairs, main part of the house “living room & kitchen” is on the 3rd floor so carrying groceries upstairs was a chore, but a great view when your up there. It was a little chilly during our trip so we didn’t get to use the pool to the fullest, but the hot tub was great. It was a walk to the beach, but doable if your not carrying a lot of stuff. We would definitely stay here again.

Roomy and Clean Beach House

We had a great experience renting this beach house. We had 6 adults, so we had plenty of room in this house. The house is nicely decorated and very clean. Highly recommend it!!

Awesome house!

awesome house, very clean and comfortable. Short walk to beach through a quiet neighborhood and well taken care of yards. Everything in house was great, gas grill outside could use replacing, other than that, overall 5 stars highly recommend.

Wonderful home, great location, loads of fun

Beautiful property with lots to offer. Great size pool, outdoor space, and nice hottub. The home is even better than the pictures show with lots of space and all that you need. Mini-kitchen downstairs makes getting drinks and snacks easy while at the pool/hottub. Fully loaded kitchen, large bedrooms, great parking.

house is as pictured but with new sofa and outside furniture along with new hot tub! They moved the trundle bed to middle level with Jack and Jill bathroom which was great for kids! Overall clean but needed a deep clean like vents (filty), carpet, 2nd master shower door broke and a tub that needs draino. Kitchen was stocked better than anticipated. Had spices, lots of utensils. Pack and play, 2 high chairs and baby gate, iron and board. Would stay again because of the location! Easy walk to the beach or drove because there was a lot for parking super close!

Wonderful relaxing vacation!

Everything was nice, quiet and convenient location. Pool and hot tub were great. It does need a few upgrades - Mattresses need toppers or replaced. Also need a new blender and a large crockpot. It’s difficult to carry a crockpot on vacation. Washer needs leveled. And did see palmetto bugs and crazy inch worm or some type of caterpillar drove me crazy as they were all over the house. Dining room light would go off and had to keep jiggling to get it to stay on; believe the bulbs were incorrect for fixture. Kitchen cabinets and drawers need organized with like items together. Also need more than one set of dish towels for the week. Also, grill needs checked for propane as we started dinner and ran out and had to find somewhere to get a new tank - website needs changed because it states need charcoal so was very happy to find it was propane. I know sounds like complaints but we really enjoyed our stay and would come back. Just trying to give tips for improvements.

Kitchen was very well stocked. Wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there. Although we didn't use the hot tub it was very nice. Pool was fantastic. Loved the seats at both ends. The only negative thing is there were lots of 1 to 1-1/2" worms. At first they were only on the ground floor level but as the week went on they were even up on the third level. We noticed them and texted outer banks blue and they sent the maintenance person over and he sprayed something down the hall on both sides. It may have helped some but they definitely were still there. Also the sleeper sofa unit on the ground floor level is in great need of replacement. Not even sure how my granddaughter slept on it. Overall it was a nice unit with just a few negatives.

Excellent property in and excellent location

The pictures do not do this place justice. A block and a half from the beach(3 minute walk) with a slight ocean view from the third floor. The house has two floors of wrap arounf decking and is very well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment unlike some places I have been prior. Having linens ready makes the trip even easier. The high chair was usefull for feeding our littlest child and the extended family loved the 5 bedrooms, we had so mutch space we could have invited another couple or two! I can't recomend this place enough and will be back soon.
