Camphor Tree Jungle Lodge is in the midst of a forest and is tucked away in the resplendent Kumaon mountains right next to the lake in Naukuchiatal or "lake of nine corners" an enchanting hill station in Kumaon in the state of Uttarakhand (popularly known as Devbhoomi) The lake is the pivot of Naukuchiatal, and we have a barely 5 minute private walk down to the lake. The Jungle Lodge is in the midst of wilderness and is ideal for ‘forest bathing’.

MYTH AND MYTHOLOGY
The emerald lake is a jewel in the crown of Devbhoomi- folklore has it that the lake is a boon from BRAHMA. A temple dedicated to the deity is nearby. It is said that a parikrama of the lake would evoke the Gods blessings.
There is a folklore stating that if anyone finds a place that has a view of all nine corners of the lake, they'll attain Nirvana.

The Jungle Lodge has an old world charm that is simply endearing. The sprawling property has over 7 acres of greenery comprising of 5 rooms, including 2 well-furnished spacious family suites (with a bedroom and living room) with en-suite bathrooms with all modern amenities.
The family suites have a huge patio for Al-fresco dining with the stars doing the serenading.
The airy rooms have a spectacular view of greenery, choose from the emerald calm of the lake in the front or the darker greens of the forest at the back - there is serenity in both.
There is ample parking and the Jungle Lodge is pet friendly.
