2 large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Parking on street outside property. This is a basement suite in Host’s home so do expect to hear them. The host is kind and leave ear plugs if you want them. Location was good for Qualicum Falls and then an easy 15 min drive to catch ferry to Vancouver

The kitchen was well stalked and the master bed was super comfortable. Location was within walking distance to sunset beach. The view of the water from the front house bench was beautiful.

We loved our stay! It was a perfect location, in a nice neighborhood. We were able to easily get to all the places we wanted to see. Would highly recommend to anyone. Communication with the host was great as well. She was very quick to respond to any questions or needs.

I am sorry the late check in was not good. I was informed and they offered an extension on checkout but not a nice way to start the vacation. The furniture is not nice and clearly second hand. The beds were comfortable but the couch and kitchen chairs were not. There is no coffee tables to use or any actual living room area to relax. The kitchen was good and the appliances work and the bathroom was fine. It is a good area but far from services and you need a car for sure. Overalls ok but unlikely to stay again

Very nice hosts, the place was so clean and had everything we needed, and really easy to get to. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was tons of space for everyone. The beds were so comfortable, coffee and sugar was provided, and even netflix for the guests. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Nanaimo!

We used this as a base to explore parts of Vancouver Island. It was convenient to the ferry and within day trip distance of Pacific Rim NP and Victoria. It was clean and quiet with a lovely view from outside. The only drawback is that the host family lives in the upstairs unit and their young children can be heard. We don’t mind the sound of children but some may.

Such a beautiful home, in the most beautiful location I’ve ever stayed in! Worth it for the neighborhood alone. There are deer and rabbits everywhere. The view is incredible and there are so many stunning beaches, parks and trails within 5 minutes. The owners/hosts were very kind! I highly recommend to stay here if it’s available. I am dreaming of coming back next year!

Great neighbourhood!

This place was simply perfect for our family of 6. It was 12 minutes from the ferry in Nanaimo, it had a BBQ, a backyard for the kids to play in, it was near a ton of great parks, and the views were spectacular. The only complaint I really have it sometimes you could hear the owners above, they had a small child and you could hear the stomping and crying. Property owner was incredibly nice but only one of them spoke English! Otherwise it was truly an incredible experience and I would come back here again. Great place!
