This property is very well groomed and very lovely. It is conveniently situated near shopping,etc. The breakfast is more extensive then a continental breakfast as advertised for which we were pleasantly happy about! Very nice hot tub as well! Would consider coming back.

Parking fee of ten bucks? Why??? This is Nanaimo, not downtown Vancouver, or Victoria. Cash grab. Totally a cash grab. Hotel is great, but there are parts that are outdated, and a pressure wash of the nice path beside the lake would be a good idea. GOOSE POOP

Really enjoyed the complementary breakfast - lots of options! Rooms were tidy and quiet. Staff friendly. Lakefront and separate building for hot tub gave impression of privacy. Lots of couples/families.

The view from the room was amazing. Extremely clean and has been updated, so bathroom the fixtures were modern and worked well. The breakfast included has a great selection of food. Different types of bread for toasting, eggs, cereal, omelet. Oat milk one of the beverage selections. The fruit and yogurt also a great selection.

Weather was terrible so we did not have a chance to enjoy the lakw but would be nice in good weather. Breakfast was not very good so not a reason to come here. Room and bed was very comfortable, clean and in good condition.

Beautiful setting

We just spent 2 nights at the Inn on Long Lake. We loved the lake view from the patio. The patio door did not open but the weather was not warm enough for that anyway My only complaint is that the upper cabinets were too high for me to reach but fortunately my friend is tall. Beautiful setting and lovely and clean room I hope to stay again in warm weather

Lovely inn with a view.

I spent a great week here in spite of dreary weather - every room has a view, and it's peaceful. Breakfast was pretty good, if repetitive (the same frozen omelet and bread choices every day; fruit but no juice). The beds are extremely comfortable. The spa (jet tub and sauna) is really nice.
