This is a happy place were families gather to savor the important moments of their lives. This grand house is meticulously maintained so celebrate in style and create those perfect photos. The secluded beach is only a short distance from the house so saying good morning to the neighborhood seals could become a morning routine. The pool is heated, the yard is large and the moors give you privacy. The outdoor grill is on the deck so it is convenient to grab supplies while cooking and the mini fridge for beverages is nearby. There is an upper and lower deck. We like to sit on the lower deck and have dinner near the grill but the upper deck is better for the spectacular views. The kitchen is so spacious you can socialize and cook at the same time. The dining room table is 12 feet long so loved ones can sit together and debate Nantucket topics such as whether the pool or beach is better. There are three suites with king beds and a private bath in each of them. The fourth full bath is in between the bunk room and the twin room. What is not listed is our music studio in the basement...feel free to play the baby grand. Our family lives there in the off season so we ensure the house is well maintained.
