NOW AVAILABLE large 4 bedroom home, ocean views to the east, beautiful sunsets from the west. Drive on access, fully fenced section. Upstairs main living, master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe + bathroom. Wifi, Sky movies, Netflix.
Second living downstairs, 3 bedrooms and family bathroom.
Close to Maraenui Golf Club & Napier Boys High School. Our property backs onto the train track.
No smoking/vaping on the property inside or out. Thank you
