Great location within the historical centre and close to restaurants and shops. Room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Lisa and the rest of the staff were very friendly. I would certainly stay here again when I come back to Naples.

You are right in a very busy area - right beside Bellini Square. It is busy area, but it is close to great restaurants, near great transit stations and spots of interest. Despite the activity, I was not bothered by the activity noise and I enjoyed area. My hotel room was clean and had all facitilties needed. I would strongly recommend.

This is not a hotel but an apartment with rooms. Hard to find very old antiquated building with front entrance minuscule cutout only small luggage will fit. No reception desk & owner not on site but responsive when you call. Not worth the hassle & would have change hotels if this was not prepaid.

This place is a delight. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The location in the city center is perfect for meandering around Naples. The one hiccup, as other reviews noted, is the noise of the piazza below—especially on Saturday nights. But after we closed the windows and turned on the air conditioning, we had very little trouble falling asleep. Will definitely stay there again on future visits to Naples.

The location is perfect for getting to the heart of Naples in Spaccanapoli. The owner is very kind and welcoming. Would stay here again.

Not a great location. We arrived late at night and the piazza outside was filled with 18-25yr olds drinking and partying. There were bottles and glass everywhere. There were even military looking guys making sure nothing got out of hand. When we got into the B&B we could not hear the noise from outside which was good. The actual B&B itself was great. If it was in another location I would recommend it. I would not stay there again though in the current location. When we went out in the morning there were people cleaning up the piazza but there was still glass, cups, bottles, etc... everywhere.

Great place!!!

The stay there was great! I wish we could have stayed longer. The woman who checked us in(I'm sorry I forgot her name) was wonderful. She was so helpful and friendly. We left and forgot our camera and she called us to tell us and put the camera somewhere safe till we returned. She gave us directions and suggestions for what to do and where to eat. She was exceptional! I would definitely stay there again. This was hotel was close to everything we wanted to do.

Great B&B on lively piazza

Had a great stay in Naples. Arriving on Saturday evening an was welcomed by the lovely Evelina. I could see that outside the piazza was already filling up. Bars and restaurants (including lost of pizza places) all within meters of the front door. All I had to do was close the large windows of our room and all the noise was blocked out.

Room & B&B was great couldnt fault cleanliness & friendly staff, nice cold glass of orange juice offered on our arrival however piazza bellini is not a nice piazza to look at, it felt uncomfortable having armed soldiers outside the hotel door, i know they are all over & in most european cities however still not great feeling but not fault of B&B We did not participate in breakfast as we only ended ip staying 1 night instead of the pre booked 3 nights, fair to say this place is good b&b but naples was not for us

Old world charm with modern conveniences

Right on Piazza Bellini but very guiet at night with windows closed. We were upgraded when we checked in to a room with a balcony and it was wonderful
