Countryside Golf and Country Club offers activities such as tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball, mahjong and much more. New club house and great food. This first-floor condo has a beautiful golf course view, (1) king bed, (1) set of twin beds, 2 full bathrooms (Master has walk-in shower, guest bathroom has shower with tub. Condo comes with essential amenities such as WiFi, cable tv, washer and dryer, AC and much more. Condo is a social membership (golf not included but is available through our clubhouse). Transfer fee and HOA application fee are paid separately.
Non-smoking, No pets due to owners' allergies. Adults 40 yrs and older.

Renters will park in designated area with our condo number. Guest parking is located across from the condo and is labeled accordingly.

The condo was clean, well maintained and with all essential amenities. It is located on the ground floor which is very convenient. There were many activities, including a pool, located very close by. The host explained everything thoroughly.
Stayed 30 nights in Jan 2026
