While the hotel and spa are both generally new and in good condition the outdoor area has been abandoned by the property manager and is in total disrepair. There is no outdoor pool area (pictures are VERY misleading). The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is mostly empty abandoned buildings and does not appear to be safe at all. The lobby had dead bugs and what looked like mouse droppings all along the front windows.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Gold Tower lifestyle hotel. The rooms are very spacious and we got the one with a full jacuzzi in the room!! It was fantastic! We ordered room service and it was delicious. They also allowed us to check in early, about 2 hours before we were supposed to. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was in an industrial district with burnt out building and trash…was extremely disappointing and had to cab everywhere at a minimum 15-30 euros for every cab the Hotel called for us to get to a safer part of town so we could walk around..

Executive suite was the nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in. Yes, there really is a jacuzzi, sauna, shower, and exercise bike/weights in the bathroom. Curtains have a remote control. Staff are so friendly and courteous. Neighborhood is terrible, but they offer a free shuttle that we didn't use because we left earlier in the morning and returned later than it runs.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The front desk staff were very pleasant, helpful, and responsive to our every question. We wanted to highlight the staff at the Lapillo Restaurant who went above and beyond to serve us. On our first night, we arrived to the restaurant closer to closing time, however, they went above and beyond to prepare the drinks that we wanted and the meals that we wanted. They made great suggestions and food recommendations, and kept reassuring us that we did not have to rush despite us being the last ones in the restaurant. Their customer service left a lasting impact.

Lovely hotel in an industrial area. Rooms were excellent ours was very large with a jacuzzi. Great views of Vesuvius . Breakfast was plentiful , lots of choice etc. had a nice meal in the top floor restaurant. Found all staff to be friendly and helpful. Although in an industrial area was possible to walk into Naples centre or to catch the train from Gianturco station approx 8 mins walk from hotel .
