Queen in the second bedroom and a queen/twin bunk bed with another twin trundle in the 3rd. State of the art entertainment center offers a smart TV. A remodeled full kitchen and laundry room makes this condo perfect for a weekly or monthly stay.

Regatta of Vanderbilt is a prime location for all your vacation needs. This gated community is about a 2 block walk to the public beach access at the end of Vanderbilt Beach Road. Regatta offers an array of amenities such as 2 pools (a resort style pool with water fall and a quiet pool), spa, clubhouse, exercise room, wading pool, gazebo and 2 grills. Less than a mile away, at the Pelican Bay Community Park, there are 20 pickleball courts, 6 lighted tennis and bocce courts and more. There are also 8 restaurants within walking distance from the Regatta.

***All reservations made between January 1 and April 30 must be Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for special requests. Reservations must be made more than 25 days prior to arrival. Any reservation booked online within 25 days of arrival will be cancelled.***
