What a great place! Perfect location. Well stocked and impeccably decorated. Hosts very responsive. They really thought of just about everything for meal prep to beach time to relaxation at home. The pool and spa were a welcome treasure. Great restaurants in close proximity as well as relatively short distance to so many sites including Everglades, state parks, beach, trails, manatee boat tours and more. Great Publix and Trader Joe’s grocery stores very close as well. Bed was so comfortable. Master bath walk in shower great except water pressure was actually too high for me. Many would probably love it. Loved that there was both a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. Washer and dryer really came in handy. Quiet residential location.

This Happyours home was exactly what my family hoped for. Clean home, comfortable beds and perfect location near our favorite restaurants and beaches. The ability to control the heated pool/hot tub was crucial to us especially because the week we were there (March 1 to March 8) the evenings were cooler than average and we swam every day. Katherine was phenomenal host with A communication. We will definitely look into staying here again!

Gorgeous house, great hosts, family friendly accommodation

We stayed with our 2 kids (under 10) at this gorgeous property in Naples for 5 nights in late December/January. It was a fantastic experience! Katherine and Arthur are great hosts and in constant communication. The house is full of thoughtful details - beach towels, beach bags, chairs, picnic blanket - all provided. We especially loved the welcome gift. The pool and hot tub are spectacular and great fun for the kids. We'll definitely stay here again!

Great Hosts, Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-week stay at this house, excellently located in Naples Park, a residential neighborhood about 20 minutes north of downtown Naples. The big draw at this house is the beautiful, very private pool and spa (hot tub) area. During our stay, which was immediately after hurricane Milton, the great local beaches were, unfortunately, closed for rejuvenation. Luckily, we had the completely screened-in pool, deck and lounge chairs, and really didn't miss the beaches at all. In any case you are well outfitted for the beach, with bikes, folding chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella, etc. The house itself is well appointed with WiFi, big screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and excellent king bed. It should be noted, in fairness, that despite various upgrades, the house is older and well-worn. The overall effect is a bit down-market, considering the nightly fee. I say "in fairness," because the location is great -- right across the road from Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and near to great shopping and dining. Two of the best beaches (Vanderbilt and Delnor Wiggins State Park) are literally a five minute bike ride away. Finally, the hosts, Arthur & Katherine, are gracious, generous and very easy to reach anytime. Arthur gave us lots of recommendations for shopping and dining in the Naples area, all excellent. If anything went wrong (i.e., minor problem with pool controls), they were attended to right away. Very, very nice!

Perfect winter escape

Our stay was fantastic! The property is in a great location convenient to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The house was spacious and clean and we all loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Great house! We’re coming back.

This house was awesome. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We were close to several grocery stores and shopping centers. I loved the open floor plan in this house. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and clean. The den room with the couch bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances and cooking tools we needed. The heated pool and the hot tub was a plus. I also loved how we had plenty of towels, laundry detergent, shampoo and soap that was provided by the owners. It’s one less thing to have to worry about when we arrived. Basically all you need to buy/ bring is your own groceries. Our adult kids were so impressed with the house that they decided to come back next year with the family.

February in Florida

We enjoy visiting Naples during February because it’s a nice step away from the colder, grayer winter weather in our home state of Maryland. We chose this one story house in North Naples because of its proximity to Vanderbuilt Beach, nice restaurants and wonderful shopping. This three bedroom, two bath home was very comfortable for us, with a king size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The study/bedroom in the front of the house had a pullout queen size sofa bed that worked well for family who came for a short visit. The highlight of the house is a newly installed pool and whirlpool spa. It has a screened enclosure, with lovely exterior landscape lighting at night. There is also lots of pool furniture for lounging and enjoying meals by the pool. The beach equipment is all in good condition. There are 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, two beach umbrellas a cooler and beach bags for the guests to use. One of the pleasures of the house is a kitchen that has been outfitted with all necessary cooking utensils, pots & pans and small appliances that made preparing meals very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Best vacation ever!

We have been coming to Naples for vacation for the last 6 years, this year was the best one yet. For the first time I didn't have to clean the house upon arrival like prior years. This home is very well taken care of it is clean, has everything you need to cook/grill a meal and much more. We had no issues. We can't wait to go back!

Winter Reprieve from the Cold

Perfectly described in the listing. The home was very clean when we arrived. I usually find that my expectations for cleanliness are too high, but this property met them. Not only was the home roomy, appointed well, and filled with wonderful amenities, but the owners stock many essentials like paper towels, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies. What a treat to not buy at a supermarket what we wouldn't fully use! Great beach chairs, beach bag with towels, and a cooler on wheels for our trips to the beach. When flying into Florida for the visit, these amenities are a welcome "extra". The pool and spa were our favorites. Easy to operate and a treat when arriving home from a long day at the beach or traveling to the many activities in and around Naples. Communication with owners was excellent. We would highly recommend this property!
