I travel a lot and always try to stay at a hilton due to excellent customer service and the hotels amenities. I was very upset when they issued a policy change a few days before my stay that wouldn't allow me to check in. When i called to see if they would still honor my booked stay they said no. I then requested a refund and i am yet to receive any sort of repayment. I was booking a hotel in naples for a wedding. This experience was highly inconvenient and has lowered my expectations from Hilton overall.
