Note for Nature Lovers (and Those Less Fond of Critters!):
Our home is nestled right on the edge of a golf course and just a short distance from the Everglades, so it’s perfectly normal to spot a friendly gecko, a tree frog, or the occasional palmetto bug. We do have regular pest control both inside and outside, but a little local wildlife is part of the charm of this location.

If you’re not comfortable with the idea of seeing a bug or two, this might not be the perfect fit for you, and that’s totally okay! We just want to make sure everyone feels at home. Please note that we won’t be able to offer refunds for sightings of these little neighbors. Thanks so much for understanding!
