Luxury English Country Home

In the Long Lake and Sebago Lake region, this luxurious 5,000 sq. foot country style home is minutes away from the Naples Causeway, while located on 36 wooded acres of conservation land. With large living areas, Webfoot Woods allows everyone to spread out and relax in any season. The backyard slate patio has a gas grill with an undreground propane tank and a teak table for 8. In addition, the patio has a Solo Stove fire pit with Adirondack chairs to enjoy your evenings outside while looking at the stars. For the kids (and the kids at heart) we have a 70" HD TV in the lower level game room as well as 3 couches, 14-foot shuffleboard table, and a foosball table. The main living room has a 55" HD TV above a wood burning fireplace with 2 couches and 2 comfortable leather bucket chairs. Our home boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms with plenty of room for the whole family and your friends. We have a newly renovated gourmet kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator (2nd refrigerator in the garage), Wolf wall convection and steam ovens, 6 burner Wolf gas range, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, and dry bar with a Sub-Zero beverage refrigerator.

Centrally located to everything you love, both shopping and being outdoors.

For those who love the water, we are located about 3 miles from the Naples Causeway where boats and kayaks can be rented by the day. Also, the Songo River Queen and Naples Seaplanes depart from the Causeway. Long Lake and Sebago Lake are known for their fishing. Some of the species that are abundant are Large and Small Mouth Bass, Trout, Salmon and Perch. Sebago Lake State Park Beach is a great spot to spend the day at the beach and is only 13 miles away.

If being on the water isn’t your thing, there are also several great golf courses in the area. Point Sebago, one of Maine’s finest courses, is always a fun challenge to any seasoned golfer and at just 8 miles away it’s hard to pass up!

If a full day of golf doesn’t fit into your vacation, there’s always Steamboat Landing Mini Golf! Located just off the Causeway, the whole family can have fun on the course.

For the winter sportsmen, Pleasant Mountain is nearby (19 miles). While both Cranmore Mountain and Sunday River are 39 miles away. If you don't feel like traveling to the slopes, the house is equipped with several sets of snowshoes to explore the grounds.

For the shopaholics, there are several stores along the Causeway as well as in the neighboring town of Bridgton. Also, the North Conway Outlets are only 39 miles away and Freeport (home of LL Bean) is 35 miles away.

Not to forget the foodie in all of us, Portland is just over 30 miles away and home to fantastic restaurants and microbreweries! You really can’t go wrong stopping by Shipyard Brewery, Liquid Riot, or signing up for a Maine Beer Tour! Meal-wise Portland has it all. The city caters to every price range and palate whether it’s a small breakfast or large group dinners, there will be a place for you to have a fantastic meal.

Fun comfortable Maine getaway or staycation spot!

Beautiful large country home with top notch facilities throughout and a very helpful owner. Stayed here with my wife, 3 adult children and 2 adult friends for my son’s college graduation from Bates which was 45 minutes away. Only negative was distance and that it requires a car to get to local dining/shopping options. The house has plenty of beds of varying sizes that easily fit us 7 and could’ve fit more. Beds were all comfortable with ample high quality pillows and blanketsThere are so many great spaces in this home. The back porch has comfy Adirondack chairs and a firepit with view of large woods that we hiked around in. The main floor has comfortable chairs and couches and a very well stocked libraryThe highlight was the basement with Xbox, darts, shuffleboard and foosball all in pristine shape. And a great table for cards or their collection of games (clue, scrabble were our favorites)And throughout house are clear helpful instructions on how everything works including a pellet stove that helped keep basement toastyThe location within Naples is a short drive from a solid grocery store with an exceptionally well stocked beer/liquor store where we could sample the great beers of the northeast but also had breweries from across nation l including our Austin TX Jester King. And Gary’s Tavern had excellent food and drink options featuring seafood, Italian, pizza and pub fare. Again the only negative is that you couldn’t walk

Amazing property

This was an amazing property. The host made sure it was in wonderful shape. Very roomy and easily accommodated our large family of 13. There were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. We played horseshoes, bocce, foosball, an assortment of table games as well. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Beautiful patio with fire pit and grill and we enjoyed s'mores at night. Located in a convenient spot close to all of the activities. Quite possibly the best rental property we have stayed at over the years

This estate home is magnificent!

The pictures do not do it justice. The home is beautifully arranged with luxury and modern updates. The kitchen is fantastic and was put to the test daily with fully cooked meals for 11+ including a major clambake. The outdoor space was just right with the fire pit and gas grill along with all the seating and games for all. Location is perfect, away from downtown and can be there in minutes. We will most certainly be returning. Our host Betty has been delightful throughout.

Family Reunion

This home was perfect for our reunion. It has old world charm, large sitting areas for great conversation and comfortable couches. The patio chairs welcomed our entire group to enjoy the back yard. Our group, (24 to 90 in age), loved walking around the grounds. One evening we were excited to see a family of several deer. Our host, Betty answered any questions. Family Reunion in Maine

We had 100% agreement among our group of 9 that this was a great place to stay: comfortable, clean, well furnished and thoroughly equipped. Most enjoyable was the patio with the Solo fire pit and well stocked firewood. The location is peaceful and centrally located for exploring the natural beauty within an hour’s driving distance in all directions. The recommendations for the local establishments were spot on and very accommodating to our large group. Our host was very friendly and responsive. I feel like we hit a home run with this reservation.

What a beautiful home!!!

House had everything we needed and more. Lots of room with large bedrooms and a kitchen with every appliance. Close to Sebago and Long lake down the street. Had some late nights in the game room playing darts, foosball and shuffle board.

This house is homely, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Expertly fitted out with such comfortable beds. Everything is left for your total comfort. Owner so helpful. Awesome experience

Our family needed a large home the weekend of my daughter’s wedding. This beautiful home did not disappoint. The kitchen has top rate appliances and the beds were super comfy. The young adults enjoyed the downstairs level. Our experience was definitely a five star rating.

Family visit

We came to Naples to visit family. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room. The house was beautiful and was the most well-stocked VRBO house we have ever stayed in. Betty was very prompt answering any questions and addressing any needs. Anything you could have needed was at the house. We enjoyed fires in the fire pit, the nice grill, spacious kitchen, dining room, living room, and game room downstairs. The bedrooms were very comfortable and sizeable. Would stay there again. Lovely place!

Great house!

We enjoyed this property so much! The basement was set up with everything from shuffle board to Xbox and board games! 2nd floor was 2 bedrooms with living,dining rooms and a huge kitchen that had everything you could possibly need! 3rd floor huge master bedroom with another huge bedroom. Hall bathroom the was very big also. Thanks for a great property!

The house is beautiful on the inside and outside and the grounds are extensive. The kitchen is well stocked and has state of the art appliances. The living room and dining room are big enough for a large group to lounge and eat comfortably. Betty was very helpful giving us information about her home. The only issue we had was with the television in the livingroom.

I wish I had more stars!!!

My cousins and I have been renting houses for our getaways for almost 10 years and this house in Naples is the only one that we kept saying at some point in the weekend that we did not want to leave! The house is stunning with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 13 adults. The outside was just as beautiful as the inside, sitting outside with your coffee in the morning and looking at the beautiful scenery and sitting around the fire at night was a real treat. Any questions that we had for the owners they got right back to us. This is also the first place that we rented that the house has come fully stocked. From the linens, towels, shampoo in every shower, hairdryers, kitchen supplies and games. Can't wait go back!!!

Elegant comfort

This is a gorgeous, spacious, wonderfully appointed home. It is outfitted with top end furnishings, appliances, and lots and lots of provisions. Terrific choice for our stay, and the Kings are super accomodating as hosts.
