GREAT SERVICE-some physical plant issues

The owner and the people there are super helpful and welcoming. Every hotel should have this kind of staff. We would be higher on condition rating but the configuration of the room is off-putting-the shower has a glass wall looking right into the bedroom. I don't know if all the rooms have that design. Also there are some tripping hazards on the stair doorways, one of us just avoided a serious fall because i turned around to point out the hazard which enabled me to catch her as she tripped over it. I have come to know over the years that contractors in Italy do some wierd stuff.

appena arrivati l'impressione era ottima, zona tranquilla e ben collegata, un bel parcheggio e hotel molto curato, il personale molto garbato , professionale e premuroso ci ha accolto bene risolvendo anche un problema di prenotazione che era sorto , ma una pecca purtroppo c'è le stanze tra loro non sono isolate e si sentono anche le parole e non solo...... della stanza accanto, il letto con l'incerata sul materasso non è il massimo specialmente quando fa caldo, non mi sentirei di consigliarlo a famiglie con bambini al seguito
