Was a little unsure at first the entrance is in an alley and you don’t meet the host til you get to the top floor the rooms are on, staff was very friendly, helpful, and kind, room was clean, great shower, good view, lastly great working AC.

Upon check-in we were showed the room that was reserved for us,.. less than 250 sq feet,.. dark and tiny, forced to upgrade to get a slightly better room.

Impossible to find or get in, and internet connection is very bad. FYI - it’s on the 8th floor of the building. Elevator very small and sketchy. Aside from that, great property, great room, awesome service and staff!

Great location for walking around Naples and taking the ferry to Capri or Sorrento. We accidentally went there on a holiday and traffic was pretty busy but normal and easy when we left. We highly recommend this hotel!

Über den Dächern von Napoli

Tolle Suite mit Spa über den Dächern von Napoli. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service, aber etwas schwierig zu finden, da kein Schild am Eingang. Das Personal kontaktierte uns jedoch bereits einige Tage vorher, wie das Hotel zu finden ist. Die Lage ist top und das Zimmer sehr ruhig und super ausgestattet.

Deberían de decir que no es un hotel, es un edificio que adaptaron con habitaciones. La chica de la recepción muy amable, fue lo mejor del hotel, pero para el costo, esperabamos mucho más.

Hotellet ligger i en gränd som saknar entré skylt så det är väldigt svårt att hitta rätt. Rummet vi fick var litet men fräscht. Service på frukosten var dålig,inget var förberett när vi kom för att äta frukost på morgonen så vi var tvungna att vänta på att personalen skulle duka fram. Rekommenderar inte detta hotell om du vill ha en trevlig vistelse i Neapel.

Très gros problème d'insonorisation

Points positifs : La chambre est belle, propre, bien décorée. Le lit est confortable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, proche du métro, au dessus d'une petite place très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais de qualité. L'accueil est agréable et efficace. Petits points d'amélioration : Il n'y a pas de panneau indiquant l'hôtel quand on arrive. La douche à l'italienne a tendance à inonder la salle de bain même à faible débit. Il n'y a rien pour étendre les serviettes. Il n'y a pas de prises des deux côtés du lit. L'isolation sonore vers l'extérieur est médiocre. Point négatif : L'isolation sonore intérieure est catastrophique. La chambre 803 n'est pas séparée de la chambre contiguë par une cloison mais par un simple panneau de bois coulissant. C'est donc quasiment une chambre commune avec la chambre d'à côté. Si les voisins sont respectueux, ce n'est pas très gênant. Si comme les nôtres, ils arrivent ivres morts à 3h du matin, n'arrivent pas à ouvrir la porte, parlent très fort au téléphone, finissent par enfin ouvrir la porte, se douchent longuement, ont des relations intimes bruyantes, hurlent de nouveau au téléphone etc. : vous êtes bons pour ne pas dormir de la nuit car c'est comme si cela se déroulait dans votre chambre. La réception étant fermée la nuit, il n'y a personne pour réagir et mettre fin au tapage. Cette ambiance auberge de jeunesse empêche cet hôtel d'être à la hauteur de son standing et éclipse malheureusement tout ses autres points positifs.
