Smoking permitted outdoors only, down by the dock. No smoking indoors. No pets/food/glass in pool or hot tub. No large/loud parties. Everyone must bathe before entering pool/hot tub. No pets allowed without prior approval and pet fee. Quiet hours after 9:00 pm on weekdays and 10:00 pm on weekends. Additional propane for the BBQ grill is not provided, but Walmart and Publix are right down the street for easy propane exchange!
