An interesting, quirky boutique in an interesting area. However, the strange pay elevator and grimy courtyard approach were unsettling. Parking arrangements were expensive, and located a couple of blocks away through terrifyingly narrow alleys. Not for the faint of heart, and best suited to someone who wants an edgy urban experience in that particular neighbourhood of Naples.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, The 4 hotel rooms that they have are upstairs in an apartment building in "old town" Naples that can only be accessed by a 2 person elevator from an interior garage that costs coins to use.

This “hotel” was actually just the 4th floor in a mixed use building. They had one, shared, old, small, hot, exterior elevator. Horrible elevator process! They did make it clear they would not have a 24/7 doorman. and I thought it would be fine, but I missed having someone there when we had difficulty entering the main door after 6pm when no one is on duty. The stay felt more like an Airbnb. All locks were a real pain and our main door lock needs to be replaced. The area around the hotel was fine during the day, uncomfortable at night, that could just be Naples as a whole though. They did not offer bottled water or a bottle fill. If you want water, you have to bring it or you have to use the sink. The room was as pictured with modern renovations. But the AC was not good. It ran for 8 hours at coldest/max capacity and I still could not sleep with a sheet on. It wasn’t even that hot of a day. Also the shower doors had a one inch gap I between them, water everywhere. Overall would not stay here again or recommend it. Thankfully it was one night.

It is right in the center of the most important street for tourist life at Napoli. It is in a beautiful historical area of Napoli and also has lots of shops restaurants autistic things you could imagine and also the taxis are very close by. Yes the elevator you have to pay sometimes $.50 of euro, but they give you the money at the front desk so far will be using this hotel again because they treat us really well especially in Mateo and Martina. Thank you again for a great experience in Napoli.

I was disappointed by this property. I understand it’s not a hotel, but it’s advertised under the luxury hotels guides and there’s no luxury in this place. The shower in our 3 people room was terrible, water will come out because the doors didn’t connect, and we had a pool every time we took a bath. We asked for a mop to keep the floor dry and were told to use towels from a closet by the room. The toilet to seat was broken, it kept coming out. We ran out of toilet paper and had no one to ask for; had to buy. There’s no one at the reception at no time, all the communication is by WhatsApp. The wall decoration on the wall behind the bathroom was coming off. The hair dryer is uncomfortable to use. The only good thing is the location, it’s walkable to all the main attractions.

The perfect property right in the center of the old town. Tucked away off the main street with its own entrance and courtyard. There is a lift up to the property which requires 50 cent euro coin which is provided by the hotel. Rooms have ac and are very comfortable and quite modern. The staff were super helpful with recommendation's and any questions along the way. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The staff member at the desk was super nice, but we didn’t receive the complimentary sparkling wine upon arrival. The shower was gross and the water flew out of the partially permanently open doors, we had to use our towels to carb everything. It looked dirty :( the room walls were paper thin and the area wasn’t the best. Graffiti everywhere! And the building looks pretty run down. Certainly not what was expected coming into Italy for the first time.

Nice but with a few issues

Decent hotel for a quick layover. It is very hard to find and even the neighbors. I've never heard of it. So you need to be able to call the hotel when you get there. People need to be aware that if you arrive late, for example 11:00 p.m. they do charge you a €20 fee. This should be explained at time of booking not afterwards and when you are making arrangements to check in. The lift to the hotel is also a bit of an issue. We have to check out early and we're panicking as a front door was closed and we had no way of getting out. Luckily we were able to get back to the lobby and retain our keys and open the front door again.

Convenient location and clean room

Hotel room was clean and modern. Housekeeping every day. Neighborhood was kind of sketchy but over the four days we were there found it to be safe and the people kind. Lots of close by restaurants and the taxi stand is steps away. I’m a lone female traveller with a young child so safety is my number one concern.

Housekeepers left food in our fridge from a former guest. Ice machine and coffee maker had dirty water in them from god knows when. Didn't clean our room one day for some reason, and one of the front desk staff was pretty rude when we asked about it. Shower system was completely clogged with calcium causing it to spray everywhere. You have to take a tiny elevator to reach the hotel which inexplicably costs .50 Euro — the hotel will provide this but it's just odd and inconvenient. Location is great but that's about it, wouldn't recommend to a friend.

This area is absolutely disgusting. The reviews CANNOT be real. The pictures are deceiving. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. We stayed It’s basically in a run down apartment building. The “hotel” has a few rooms on the 4th floor of the building but it is sketchy as hell when you enter the building. Then you have to take a right elevator to the 4th floor that can only hold 2 people. The elevator is slower than a snail. Takes forever to get to the top. Once you enter the “hotel” the reception is just a desk. The rooms are basically like apartment doors. You just walk two feet to your room. When we got inside the room, I was underwhelmed. The room is spacious - big bed. Marble floors but dirty and we couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. Look at my pictures for what I’m referring to. Hair around handle to shower. Dirty toilet. Dirty sofa. Worn and dirty rags and towels. Like this place is a motel/hostel. Cracked windows in building. If it weren’t for all my luggage, I would have left immediately. I’m only here to rest my head, really. You need actual lock keys to enter the “building” and access the gate that leads to the building. Then there is no reception after 9 - if you arrive after 9 for check in, there is an additional fee. Also, the airport is not 6 mins away as advertised on Expedia. It’s 25 minutes and if you need a van, it will cost you almost $80 The morning we left at 5am and couldn’t operate the elevator to leave and there was no one to help us

The rooms were very nice and clean. The only thing that we were not told before booking was about an elevator you had to take up and down that you had to pay 50 cents in Euros each time you used it.

Very helpful staff in great location but although check in time was 2pm one of our rooms wasnt ready until 4pm and the other at 5pm. No other room available to use until they were ready
