Awful place. Avoid booking. Toilet locks u out, handle broken, poor breakfast. Weird noises through the wall and roof. Issued complaint which will copy below and was ignored by owner. “Hi, we were not satisfied with our stay and were very upset with the service reieved. 1) we were locked out of the toilet and even though I messaged you and you’ve read the message you did not respond and we had to wait until 8 am in the morning to have this unlocked. We had no access to the toilet the entire night/stay. This was extremely difficult given we had just travelled from another country. Don’t speak the language. Don’t know any local places and was our first time visitingNaples. Due to this we suffered from physical pain as we weren’t able to go to the toilet the entire night. 2) when the door was open, the door handle was broken and barely usable 3) it was very cold and we were only provided a very thin blanket, not a proper duvet which was very difficult for us and again led to us feeling unwell 4) There was also no Wi-Fi and no alternative was ever offered or arranged, which is poor service from an accommodation provider.”

The room is clean, breakfast is good and service staff are wonderful! Best of all is the location! 3 mins walk from train station! Alot of tours meeting place is at the train station too! Great value for money!

The A/C worked great, which is very important in July. The hotel is very close to the train station but not as close to the ferry docks as we thought. It's walkable to the ferries but takes about 25 minutes. The room was very clean. The breakfast contained limited options like pastries, yogurt and cereal. It was fine but was limited to 8-10am, which was too late for 2 of our day trips. There are a lot of restaurants close by; however, there are much nicer parts of Naples. We just chose this hotel because they have a room that sleeps 5 people.

We stayed here after a late flight for 1 night. It was perfect for what we needed. A comfortable quiet room to sleep after a flight and a convenient continental breakfast included in the morning. Recommend for anyone who needs to stop over in Naples, only 15mins from the airport and it is on the piazza in front of (both) train stations. Out of hours check in was very easy.

The outdoor area was nice, most of the staff where unable to communicate and when they did where rude and arrogant. The breakfast was 8am to 10am and yet they cleared away by 9.40 am most days. Me and my family felt uncomfortable in there company, not ideal when you pay alot to stay for 2 weeks

I thought the rooms are to be cleaned everyday. We were there for 2 nights and our trash wasn’t even collected. Breakfast was good, coffee great and staff were helpful. To no fault of the hotel, the surrounding area was quite dirty and trashy.

If you have to stay near the train station these accommodations are adequate. It is not a nice area of Naples and staff are not available outside normal working hours. But the room was clean and functional and the management was responsive.

This is great place to stay, the only thing about it is outside the building we didn’t see any signs but maybe we just pass it… the service was great and clean just in the middle of the city close to the bus, train and metro station….i will definitely go back .

The big plus is near the train station, but the area is not a nice neighborhood at least not to my like. Breakfast is not bad. Room soundproof is almost none. Considering its price, it's fair to regard it as a budget accommodation.

I loooved this place. The rooms are clean, well set up and in an old, secluded building that was well suited for this kind of service. There are two areas of oportunity: Toiletries are very modest and I don’t expect a room at this GREAT price to have plenty of consumables, but I was caught by surprise. Probably warning guests would be a big plus. The WiFi was great, but internet connection was terrible. The host tried to fix it several times but it still wasn’t fixed correctly. However the host was super helpful, attentive and I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

Room was very specious and comfortable to stay. Rooms are just a step away from the train station, convenient when you travel from it in the morning. Area not so safe in the evening or night, that’s my opinion however we’re not bothered by anyone on the way back to the rooms. I would stay again.

The property was situated very close to the central station, very convenient for taking the trains which were important for our travel. Most of the touristy areas were close enough to walk or by metro. But the entire central station area is not the best part of the town, it's dirty and poor yet safe to walk. Lots of fast food type and sit-down restaurants right outside of the building. Breakfast is included but it's mostly packaged sugary products. Fresh Coffee was definitely good. Overall 3.5 of of 5.
