look no further. Between the lovely coastal décor and the open floor concept, you have found a beautifully renovated home that is perfect for any length of stay here in Naples, FL
You will immediately feel the SEA COAST LIVING you’ve been looking for as you enter the main living area. A welcoming, comfortable & oversized sectional sofa greets you upon arrival; all as you admire the local decor. Just beyond the living room you will come upon a large eat in kitchen / dining room area which is truly the heart of the home. The kitchen boasts an oversized eat- in island; surrounded by the high-end stainless-steel appliances. Just through the sliding glass doors of the kitchen, is the covered & screened in patio which is the perfect place to sit back and relax; either to start your day with your cup of coffee/tea or to finish out your day with a night cap (or two).
The spacious master bedroom boasts a luxurious king size bed, large “California” closet and a gorgeous in suite bathroom that includes a full sized tub. A second set of sliding glass doors will also take you to the patio.
The second & third bedrooms are furnished with queen sized beds, still keeping with the coastal decor. The home's main bathroom sits in between both of these two bedrooms and it, too, has a tub.
We proudly provide a fully furnished abode, with bed linens & bath towels, small kitchen appliances and household items (plates, glasses, utensils, etc.), dishwasher and washer & dryer. In addition, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. The home even comes with a high chair for our youngest guests. Of course, the home comes with a total of 4 Smart TVs (all 3 bedrooms and the main living area) as well as cable and High Speed Internet through the home and DVD Player & Full Studio Surround Sound in the Living Room.
If you need anything to make your stay more comfortable, with enough time, we will try our best to accommodate.
Located in the heart of Naples Park, you are just a few minutes away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Shore; primarily Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Pass. For dining and entertainment, the Mercato is just a few blocks away and 5th Avenue South / Tin City is just a short car ride away.
The administrative fee of 59.00 is to purchase damage protection insurance during your stay! *There is a $20/night pool/heating fee.

Lovely house, nicely furnished and extremely well equipped in the best neighbourhood. Convenient for pickleball at Veterans Park and we love the beach at Delnor Wiggins State Park - so beautiful. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Absolutely great!

Perfect home for a family vacation

It’s a beautiful clean home with an awesome coastal theme! Pool was fabulous! We were 6 adults and had plenty of room! Our daughter just had a baby and it was just around the block! Loved all the amenities, especially having a pack and play so my daughter could come visit! Overall a great vacation home! We had a fabulous time! Thank you so much!

Really great spot!

We enjoyed our time in Naples and our stay here was a big part of it! Located near the beach. Plenty of convenience. Easy short drive to Vanderbilt Beach and we loved lounging in the pool as well. We’d definitely consider this property for our next Naples vacation!

Fantastic place and host!

Property was immaculate and well equipped. Convenient to everything but still quiet/relaxing. Worked great for our family plus some friends that visited and the kids loved the pool. Great communication from the host Joe including some good restaurant and beach recommendations! Will absolutely be staying here again in the future…and hopefully sooner rather than later!

Very clean property in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. Great pool - we used it every day - and spent a lot of time on the deck area around the pool. Property owner was extremely responsive. I would recommend this property highly.

Amazing stay, definitely returning!

This house is perfect. Beds are really comfortable, soft but not too soft. Large kitchen with pretty much everything you need. The screened pool is perfect. Good sized bbq that we took advantage of and has all the tools needed. Lots of linens which smell great and are so soft! High capacity washer and dryer was a nice touch. Best thing was the complimentary equipment which made going to the beach simple, they have umbrellas, beach chairs, and even one of those beach carts with the big wheels, perfect for loading it all up and driving to the beach about 5 minutes away. I’ll come back here every year!!

Lovely week in Naples

Quick 30 minute drive from airport. Easy check in with property manager who called me and provided personal cell number. Immediately responsive to questions. House is very clean and well equipped with fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Easy, clear instructions posted in the house. Less than half mile from grocery stores and pharmacies. Would absolutely stay again!

Delightful home away from home

Having just escaped a major winter storm, and looking forward to a sunny, beachy vacation, from the moment we walked in to this home, we were thrilled. The classy, beach theme throughout was a constant reminder that we were on vacation! First and foremost, this home was immaculate. Cleanliness is very important to us and to our friends and this home met our high expectations. The property manager, Joe, was very responsive to every question that we had, throughout our stay. He also provided great recommendations for local places to eat. This home was comfortable in every way. From the beds, to the living spaces, to the pool area -- we felt at ease and relaxed. We rented with another couple, dear friends whom we rarely get to spend time with. As opposed to staying in hotel rooms, it was such a blessing to be able to eat breakfast, watch a movie, play games, plan our adventures, and hang out at the pool together in a private home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need if you choose to cook. There were also pool toys, beach chairs and an umbrella, beach toys, a wagon and two bikes to ride. It was located close to shopping and restaurants, and just a couple minutes drive to the beach. Because no place is absolutely perfect, I will add that one negative was that the master bath shower did not have hot water. It was not cool, but not warm, and never hot. But we brought it to the attention of the owner and he was unaware, so you may want to check with him, but I expect that it will be fixed. One other thing that we did not realize when we reserved it was that, to heat the pool, it cost an additional $20 per day. Obviously, for much of the year, this would not be an issue. We chose not to heat it as it had a wonderful shallow area at one end and we just sat in that end to cool off and it was fine, even in February. But if you have kids that want to swim, you may want to heat it so I thought I would mention it. But these two items were so minor compared to all of the many excellent things about this property. We truly cannot recommend it more highly and were sad to leave. If we ever find ourselves back in Naples, we will definitely return to this home away from home.

Naples vacation

House was great for our vacation, we enjoyed our days at the beach & afternoons/ evenings using the pool. Joe responded quickly when there was an issue with the A/C unit. Only negative was noisy road work in neighborhood.
