Beautiful, bright and spacious apartment in the center of Naples. Everything to live.

Large and bright apartment, with two bedrooms, one living room with sofa bed, one equipped kitchen and one bathroom.
It is well located on one of the main streets of the city, it is a good starting point to visit Naples and surrounding areas.
Ideal for families and small groups of friends.
The apartment comes complete with everything and is located in a historic building in white tuff.

The apartment is located in the historic district of Pendino, here are the Decumanos street of the old greek city, San Gregorio Armeno street, San Domenico Maggiore church, Santa Chiara church, etc..
Some of the oldest pizzerias in Naples are here (Michele is right in front of the building).

It's easy to get around both by public and by private transport.
Near the building there are bus stops for all directions, in Garibaldi square there are metro Linea 1 main stop, in Corso Garibaldi there are Circumvesuviana train station from which you can easily reach Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento, a few minutes walk and you arrive at the port where you can take ferries and hydrofoils to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi coast.

From airport: you can reach our apartment in two ways by taxi and by bus.
By taxi is 15-20 minutes, remember to ask about "tariffa predefinita" to historic center so you will pay 20€ all included.
By bus (Alibus) is 30-35 (if possible by tickets in airport's tobaccos 5€ each one, on board is 5€ per person), you have to get off in Piazza Garibaldi, get in R2 bus and get off at 2nd stop. The building will be in the other side of street just in front of you (on foot from Alibus stop to our apartment is 10-15 minutes).

(If you want, my brothers in law Rosario and Giuseppe can do as shuttle from/to Naples airport / rail station with their neapolitan style cara - a Ford Fiesta and Focus cars of 2000 -, ask before for additional price and availability).

Such a beautiful apartment! Spacious with all the right touches. Comfortable beds, all the amenities. Close to transit, metro and train station. We loved our time here. Grocery stores within walking distance and great restaurants nearby. We didnt have small children with us, but we could see it is child-friendly.

Could not be better!

Manuela offered to help with the nightmare airline's lost baggage system and without her help, I'm not sure if we would have received it. The apartment was sparkling clean and we enjoyed our 3 week stay. Would stay here again without hesitation.

A wonderful apartment/house in Naples! Really felt at home at Umberto House - separate large lounge room and 2 spacious bedrooms, air conditioning in each room. Close to metro and in the centre of Naples within 15 minutes walk to Spanish Quarter and train station with direct train to Pompeii. 10c to use the antiquated lift to fifth floor during the day - free when doorman not working including weekends!

Great Place and Location!

This is a wonderful place if you are in Naples with family, girls trip or just solo. Felt very safe and location is perfect for the traveler that want to stay in and cook or just wal to a local pizzeria. Owner was great and easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

We loved the apartment! It was clean, stylish, spacious, and comfortable. Everything worked well including the air conditioning -which was good because the weather was hot! The apartment is well placed for exploring Naples by foot and many great restaurants nearby. Also, an easy walk to the metro, train station and ferry terminals and a taxi stand right across the street.

The apartment was beautiful and well kept. It was conveniently located near the train station which made travel and transportation easy. Host was easy to communicate with. I have nothing to complain about. The noise of the city is to be expected if you know anything about this area; it is a nonstop bustling city and it will be noisy; it’s part of the charm of Naples. It’s not the fault of the apartment or host. Just keep that in mind and bring some earplugs to sleep if you need absolute quiet.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Naples

We spent a prolonged weekend in this beautiful apartment and liked it very much. It is a spacious, full of day light apartment, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated. It is located on a big street, within walking distance from the train station, historical center and the harbour. The metro station is just 5 min on foot. The apartment has everything one might need - the kitchen was fully equipped, with a nice supply of condiments. There were soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the living room was very cozy to sit after the long day. We liked everything about the apartment. There is a great famous pizzeria just opposite to the apartment, lots of pastry shops and some small grocery shops around to buy food for breakfast. The apartment is located on the top floor, but we never used the elevator as we had to burn all the calories we consumed in this tasty city. We would love to be back some time to explore more Naples. Thanks a lot, Manuela and Valentina!

Gorgeous Apartment in the Heart of Naples

The apartment is stunning and beautifully fitted out. With 2 bedrooms, a lounge, bathroom and separate kitchen it felt more like a house. It’s within easy walking distance of many restaurants, the metro and supermarket and many of the beautiful sights of Naples. As a family of 5 we were very comfortable at Manuela’s apartment and highly recommend it. The Alibus which goes directly to Naples airport is close by as is Napoli Centrale station. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place

Bigger than pictures, great place for families, huge living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Great communication with host, easy to find. 10 cent euro only needed for elevator when doorman is in, otherwise works without inserting coin. Grocery stores not far away and good pizza across the street. We would definitely rent again. Thank you

We found a beautifully presented apartment right near the historic old centre of Napoli within easy walking distance of the central train station. There was plenty of room for our family of five. It was a little noisy at nighttime but we knew that would be the case and weren’t overly disturbed. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and we only wished we could have stayed longer. Would be nice if a dishwasher could be installed because hand washing everything can be a pain with a bigger group.

Perfect location

This property is right at the edge of the Centro Storico and an easy walk to all that area has to offer. Also a easy walk to the ferries and train station. It is along a rather busy street so you may hear some traffic noise, but no worse than any other large city. Apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The owners were super helpful with restaurant ideas and resposinve to all questions.

Wonderful Naples

Fantastic well equipped apartment, with easy access from the main railway station. Manuela and partner were very welcoming and explained everything about the apartment and area to us on arrival. Great bowl of fresh fruit and both kitchen and bathroom had supplies already in . As on main thoroughfare can be a little noisy from traffic even at night but you get use to it. Local backstreet supermarkets nearby(like small spar shops) and plenty of pizzarias, cafes and shops nearby.

Beautiful but noisy.

Gorgeous apartment, lots of space and decorated tastefully. Easy accessible to the train station and the metro, Couldn't fault it... except for the traffic. Awful. Not anyones fault but if you like quiet this is definitely not for you! Thankyou for the cakes, they were a wonderful touch.
