Our host, Jennifer was fantastic. She was responsive, helpful, and ensured we had a great trip! The house was perfect for our young family of 5. It was clean and the pool was heated which was really helpful for the kids. Can't thank her enough!

the pool was fine but the lounge chairs are falling apart and the grill needs some attention. Also the couch in the house needs updating as well. It would be nice to have the low beach chairs or lounge chairs so you can lay out near the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Naples! The house is spotless, modern, and perfect for families — everything feels brand new and is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable vacation. The location was great, and we genuinely loved our time there.There was a bit of confusion at check-in: I received an email that said “Welcome to the vacation…,” which I took as a sign that the house was ready. I arrived about 30 minutes before the official check-in time, but shortly after, I received a message saying the inspection of the previous guests hadn’t been completed and that I’d be responsible for anything broken. I tried to clarify things right away — replied to the message, sent a video, and called several times — but unfortunately didn’t hear back.That small hiccup aside, our stay was truly fantastic, and I’d absolutely recommend this home to others. Just be sure to confirm directly before arriving to avoid any mix-ups!

Effortless Fun

Home is nicely done. Proximity to beach is great; rode the bikes there. Everything from the grocery, to places to eat are very close. House is very clean and for kids is an excellent choice because of the pool and toys available for use. It even had everything we needed for an eight month old. Perfect stay.

IL and WI family stay

We stayed at the beginning of March 2025 and had a great time. We worked with Jennifer and she was awesome. The only problem we encounter was the heated pool was turned off and the water was only 75 degrees when we arrived on Saturday. We tuned it on and up and it was till cool Sunday afternoon but swimmable. Sunday night and the rest of the stay it was perfect. We had a 2 year old and the ledge in the pool was perfect for him to play on. We rented a bunch of pool and beach toys and a water table. It fit on that ledge perfect and he had a bunch of fun. The house was great. It worked perfect for our family. The kids bedroom was close to the front door and garage door so we blocked it off at night so the 2 year old would not get out. We went to the beach. There is a parking garage for the beach which we did not know about the first trip but after we found that it was very easy to get to the beach. We did eat at the Buzz's Lighthouse restaurant close to the beach and construction. It is on the back bay and the food was great. We got there around 445pm and we were able to get a seat outside. It was a perfect night. There was a wait list when we were leaving. The house was very clean and the outside living worked great. We would rent it again.

Naples Trip

This property was wonderful! Very clean, modern and updated. The pool and outdoor area were great for hanging out. The only negative was the construction happening on the street- the whole road was torn up. It was very loud and disruptive to our group, but that would likely not be an ongoing issue once the road was complete. Overall, a nice house and great location!

Naples Oasis!

We had an amazing stay for school vacation week with our three children and cannot recommend this property enough. Everything was spotless and the property truly felt new and luxurious. We had cancelled our week at the Ritz to opt for more space of a house with our kids and this felt like a 5 star resort. We are so happy we made the decision to book. The property is in a great location close to the beach and so many stores and restaurants. Publix, Whole Foods, and Dunkin drive thru all very close. I ran every morning to Vanderbilt Beach and back. We spent the days at the beach, the Naples Zoo, and a ton of time at the house swimming. We loved going back to the beach at night for the gorgeous sunsets. The back area with pool, grill, and TV was a perfect spot for coffee and afternoon cocktails. The house was fully stocked, the beds were comfy, and there was plenty of storage space. We truly loved our stay and can't wait to return. Thank you to Naples Vacations for the ease of communication and logistics and to the owners for sharing their beautiful slice of heaven.

Beautiful home for a weekend stay!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! The entire home and backyard were designed thoughtfully. We were here with our family, and it was extremely comfortable for 5+ adults. The pool is gorgeous, and the seating area was really shady. The netting kept the bugs away and let us eat dinner outside every night while watching the TV outside. The host was awesome and was always around if we had questions. The house itself was amazing, and the proximity to the beach was so easy! Just a one mile walk or drive. 5/5 stars!

Beautiful Naples Park Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and comfortable home. It was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities you would want in a beach vacation home. The pool and outdoor gathering space are lovely. The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen provides plenty of space for gathering indoors. We were very happy with our time there.

LOVED IT!

Beautiful house! Nice neighborhood! Well stocked kitchen!! High chairs, pack n plays, wagon, etc. for families with children. Really nice pool, but not much room to "lay out" in the sun. Great communication. Highly recommend!!!
