Place was awesome. We are traveling with 2 toddlers so they enjoyed the kids room a lot. I only had 2 issues and that was our room had a window but it couldn’t be opened so it was always stuffy and our toilet seat wasn’t heating. Other than that we met super friendly staffs and they handled my luggage delivery issues very professionally. The executive option offers an 8f which provides tea time, wine with finger foods and an open terrace which was pretty nice. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your hotel.

The hotel staff were amazing, however we noticed we could hear the elevator sounds whenever it was used, also was extremely difficult to find places to eat nearby since alot of places wouldn't accept foreigners. The Gym was better than most I've seen at hotels in Japan however if you are a weightlifter the weights weren't heavy enough. The lounge and massage chairs were a pleasant surprise as well as the bathing facility. All and all great hotel but difficult location for food without transporting prior, there is a shuttle so that helps abit.

Easily one of, if not the nicest hotels I've stayed in, to the point where i was looking for hidden costs for things because of how cheap it was to book. Thankfully, there wasn't any, and it is just an awesome hotel. Highly recommend if you are planning on staying in Nara.
