Trilo
of Villa Lucia is a holiday home that consists of 2 units on the
basement floor, connected by a courtyard. The apartment is introduced by
a pedestrian access and a paved outdoor area
with dining area and built-in barbecue. The outdoor staircase takes to
the basement floor, where there are the two units of Trilo Villa Lucia.
The first unit
consists of a dining room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower and
an air-conditioned four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed. The second unit
consists of an air-conditioned four-bed room with duble bed and bunk
bed and a bathroom with shower. The holiday home is adjacent to two
other units for 4 guests each.

Trilo of Villa Lucia, in Boncore, near Nardò and Torre Lapillo, one of the most loved tourist destinations in Salento, ideal for holidays by the sea of Porto Cesareo. Boncore is in a strategic position: its near the most famous tourist destinations on the Ionian coast such as the beaches of Punta Prosciutto and
the nightlife of Gallipoli. The complex is 500 meters away from
amenities such as supermarket, tobacco shop, newsstand, cafè and
restaurant and its 1 kilometer away from the centre of Torre Lapillo.
The beautiful free beaches or beach establishments are 5 minutes away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Composed by 2 units on the basement floor, with a shared patio.
