It is on two levels and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, TV.

The apartment is introduced by a sliding gate that opens onto the courtyard, which is divided into an indoor parking space and a lovely shaded veranda furnished with table and chairs.
The entrance is into a living room furnished with a double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower stall.
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor of Appartamento di Giusy, where there is the sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The vacation house is located in Torre Squillace, marina of Nardò bordering Porto Cesareo, in the residential area near the Strea peninsula.
The small beach in the shadow of the 16th-century tower, with its crystal-clear sea and a handkerchief of golden sand, is just 600 meters from the house.
In Porto Cesareo, which is about 3 km away, there are all the main commercial and tourist services. The nearest equipped beaches of Porto Cesareo are only 5 km away. The marina of Sant`Isidoro, about 2 km away, is also very close.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
