Our flight was canceled, so we stayed these three extra days in Japan at Hotel Mystays Narita turned out to be the perfect choice. Great shuttle service and a very good breakfast. We also stayed for dinner since we were tired. It was good, but not great. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. I would stay again.

My flight arrived way early and showed up tired and looking forward to a hot bath and bed. I have stayed here before and liked it. I switched from the overpriced Hilton. But now unfortunately. They wanted to charge me more than the entire stay for a per hour early check in charge for an empty room. Instead of charging a simple $20 extra which would be understandable, instead the chose to try to rip me off by charging way more. Crazy. Instead, I will relax, shoes off in the lobby and wait. Never staying again. Back to Hilton. At least there you know what your getting
