I want to give a shout out to the airport shuttle staff for their ultimate and unimaginable service that I dont think I deserve! I missed the schedule for my shuttle schedule to the airport because I thought the bus leaves at 7:25, but it clearly posted on the lobby the time (stupid me)! So I told the staff that I will just take a taxi or uber to the airport but ask them if they can call the driver to wait for me to get my luggage. However, they put me on another shuttle bus with only me as the passenger (talking about being special, which I dont think I deserve)! It brought me to tears, because I can tell they were genuinely worried for me and for my luggage. So they bend backwards to bring me to the airport to save me from the hassle of missing my luggage or missing my flight! For that, 5 stars is not enough for the service they provided me though I dont think I deserve such service! My highest recommendation goes to Hotel Nikko Narita! I will definitely stay there when I get back! On top of that, the room we stayed in was spacious, and the food selections were really good.

Excellent service. Shuttle to airport every 20 minutes. Bus for 30 people. Clean room. Very affordable price for location. Buffet dinner a little pricey but large selection of items.

Wonderful hotel with excellent customer service and staff. We had dinner at Chinese restaurant and it was delicious. The breakfast buffet did not have great options. We didn’t each much so it was hard to find things that appealed to us. The scrambled eggs were very undercooked and so was the bacon. Not edible. The breakfast was the only thing we didn’t like but we would still go back to Nikko because everything else was super. The shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. Very efficient and on time.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. However, the floor was not very clean and could have been better maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient, to airport only few minutes, close to restaurants and shops. Overall, I would rate my stay 4 out of 5

I chose this hotel due to conscience to Narita airport but I didn’t realize it was a mile from the airport so upon arriving from the Narita express train I hired a taxi to deliver me as it was a little over a mile away and I’m not sure I could have found a walkway to the hotel. Also it was raining so taxi did it. There is a nice Larson’s in the hotel for those last minute souvenirs. Great breakfast three Resturants in hotel. There are no close by Resturant's. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Free Shuttle took me to the airport. I will use again.

Stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita as a stopover hotel on our way home from Thailand. Excellent airport transport service - bus to and from Narita Airport. Rooms are comfortable Breakfast had lots of options

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and attentive. Decent amenities in the hotel and a very handy shuttle bus to the airport. Breakfast was good. Downside was room was quite dated and the area around the hotel is not walkable (it’s an airport hotel so not a surprise)

This was the last hotel we stayed at before our flight back to Canada. We arrived at Narita late, as we travel from Hiroshima earlier that day. The free shuttle bus was easy to find and very very convenient! The staff themselves were very friendly and the rooms were spacious. The bed was a super comfy place to cry on after realizing that we had to leave the next day after such an amazing trip. The shuttle also took us straight to our terminal the next day. The hotel is in a convenient area, has convenient transportation, and literally has a convenience store in it! Having a Lawson there for late night or early morning snacks was great. Would 100% recommend staying there if you plan to stay near the airport!
