Older property but very to maintained and very clean. Also the price is excellent. Definitely a great value. Towels and linens were great (very large bath towel, firm mattress with a cozy duvet). Full thermostat controls (with a/c). So why not 5 starts? Well everything had a cigarette odor, especially the bathroom. I thought maybe it was previously a non smoking room, but then I went to blow my nose with some toilet paper and nearly choked... The toilet paper reeks of cigarette smoke. Why? How?

Ten minute walk to hotel from train station. One night stop over before flight out. Good location and shops nearby. The usual amentities at front area which we appreciate. Room clean. The staff were very helpful and the location was super convenient--right near Narita Station and several convenience stores. It was also only a 10 minute walk to Naritasan Omotesando (market with a ton of local shops and food), as well as the Temple and Park near by (both so beautiful!). We stayed in the Economy Twin Room, 2 Single Beds, and for the most part, it was clean, but the carpet had a noticeable amount of stains by the door. It was also very small, but we only stayed one night, so it wasn't bothersome, and it was very quiet.
