A little oasis

Great hotel with helpful staff. Lovely pool, clean and fresh presentation. Restaurant only served pizza on the night we stayed, but it was perfect with a carafe of local red wine.

Camera non pulita e maleodorante situata in ala esterna evidentemente trascurata. Mini frigo assente. Colazione pessima non all'altezza di 4 stelle (cereali in monoporzioni scaduti da diversi mesi!!!). Richiesto pagamento immediato all'arrivo e impossibilità di addebito alla camera le consumazioni del bar in piscina. Personale hotel assente in piscina dove si è verificata una rissa tra alcuni clienti e i gestori del bar difronte ai bambini che giocavano in piscina (personale dell'hotel completamente ignaro e assente), chiamata anche ambulanza. Esperienza terrificante...

Rolig hotel med god pool

Dejligt hotel i fredelige omgivelser. Ikke langt fra Terni. Dejlig pool område men masser af plads og en rigtig god pool. Restaurant var super hyggelig. Sad i haven og spiste. Vi fik et ældre værelse uden aircondition og sengene var mindre gode. Men samlet set et godt ophold.

Premetto che sono stato diverse volte in questo hotel e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Accoglienza ok, ristorante molto buono. Camera confortevole. La colazione è un po’ miserina, e rispetto ad altri 4 stelle, migliorabile in quantità e qualità. Purtroppo l’albergo era pieno di ragazzi molto rumorosi, e, fino alle 23.30, urla e tuffi in piscina sono stati davvero molesti. Consiglio di farvi dare camere al primo piano che affaccino sul retro.

Un'esperienza invernale deludente

Si fa presto a dire 4*, ma poi sono i dettagli che contano, specie in inverno, quando la piscina non aiuta a migliorare il giudizio complessivo. La segnaletica per raggiungere l'hotel è carente e poco visibile, specie al buio e con la pioggia. Uscendo dall'ascensore del 1° piano con i bagagli c'è la sgradita sorpresa di una doppia serie di gradini, a scendere e a risalire, per accedere alle camere: un'incomprensibile barriera architettonica. La camera tripla (un letto matrimoniale + un divano letto) presenta un arredamento deprimente e poco funzionale. Coperte invernali sul letto matrimoniale, un semplice copriletto sul divano letto. Il riscaldamento è affidato a un solo termoconvettore rumoroso e poco efficiente. Spento all'arrivo con camera al gelo. Il bagno è funzionale, ma la dotazione risulta carente: 1 mini-saponetta per una camera con tre persone.
