A true Nashville gem on Historic Music Row. Luxury home in the Heart of Nashville, experience this beautifully remodeled vintage house on Music Row.

Home Layout: The first level is made up of the foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and primary bedroom with en suite bath and king bed. The living room sofa is a queen sleeper sofa. There is a half bath in the hallway. The second level has a loft space with queen sleeper sofa, and two additional bedrooms with king beds and en suite full baths. There is a tv in the living area, primary bedroom, and both upstairs bedrooms.


Guests have private access to the entire House with the exception of the primary closet and detached garage. There is free street parking directly in front of the home.

Our team is available via text throughout your stay.

Located in the trendy Edgehill neighborhood, this home is located within a short walk from dining, shopping, and nightlife hot spots. A short Uber/ Lyft Ride to Downtown Nashville for more local attractions.

CANCELLATIONS – STRICT— Full refund less credit card processing fees for cancellations made 60 days prior to travel dates. We are very considerate of special circumstances within the 60 day non-refundable period. If we are able to rebook dates we will offer a refund in the amount recovered up to the full booking amount. Other circumstances considered on a case by case basis.

This property is beautiful, updated, well-maintained and very clean. Neighborhood is gentrifying and had a mix of updated, upscale homes such as this one, and some that could use a little love. It was a very short drive to Broadway. There were restaurants within walking distance. Studio B was a couple of blocks over from the home and we enjoyed a tour there. Would definitely recommend this home for your Nashville stay. We would stay here again.

The house is perfectly located for daily walks and beautifully remodeled. Check in was easy. Good bedding. The listing indicated private parking but owners said parking was only in front of the house, which was always available for our three cars. Plan to rent it again.

Perfect Nashville stay

Wow! What an amazing place to stay. Beautiful massive and so comfortable. Well equipped and super clean. We were able to walk into Nashville Broadway although Ubers super easy too. Loved it.

Perfect accommodations for three couples visiting Nashville! The house was exactly as pictured and absolutely beautiful! Nice neighborhood, easy walk to some local restaurants and bars. Short drive/uber to Broadway. Highly recommend!

Everything was fine but 2 of the 3 stove burners that we tried wouldn't work. The bedroom on the top floor to the left had a pipe leaking under the sink which we had to put a bowl under, as well as bugs around the bathroom sink, a sink faucet that was loose and a shower/tub spout that isn't attached to the shower wall. We were also expecting one more bedroom which turned out to be a loft instead.

Stellar!

The house was great and the host team was very responsive. Especially loved the sitting area upstairs which was perfect for getting some alone time. And just three blocks away, we found Sadie’s, a Mediterranean restaurant with a tasty, healthy menu. The location of the house was perfect for getting to other restaurants and grocery stores and attractions.
