When I arrived at this property, the hotel front desk person had canceled my reservation and this was my first time in Tennessee. After the manager was made aware of what happened everything was OK but also the hotel rooms are smaller than what the picture shows and also there was no mirror in our room except in the bathroom.

Room was clean. The one bed sagged to one side. I just slept on the other side of the bed. If two people were sleeping in it, one person would have been leaning. Hotel was nice, modern and clean. Did not take advantage of the free breakfast.

My wife pre checked me in. She picked floor 4 to help me avoid people above me. I received floor 3. There was a loud walker above me. Gym was nice. Breakfast was good. Place is clean

Clean hotel hadn’t been to this concept before really liked it. Only downside was a massive amount of families with crazy kids on this night. Hotel can’t help that so not docking them for that aspect would definitely return

The room was fine, but the walls at this hotel are paper thin. You can hear people walking in the rooms above you, every bag slammed on the floor, and this is all night. So, getting a good night’s rest probably only happens on the top floor. Also, the 24-hr coffee machines weren’t working properly. Lukewarm coffee- yuck. The staff was nice, but I won’t stay here again. Terrible night’s rest.

Staff was exceptional. I had a problem with the booking thru a third party. Q stood out with the help that I needed to fix the problem. She went above and beyond what was expected. You will remember her if she helps you at check on or out. The rooms were clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Avid for your stay.
