clean rooms staff were very welcoming. But need to work on having hot water especially if you’ve been out in the cold and you wanna come and get a nice hot shower but cold comes out.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Room was very comfortable and good layout. Location in the Gulch is excellent for things we were doing. Parking at hotel is a plus in that part of Nashville. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with Tina keeping things stocked and she was very attentive. The omlet station with Daniel was such a treat and he did a great job. We had a bit of trouble regulating the hot water in shower and the heat in room, but will plan to stay here again!

Staff was so helpful and courteous and even help me to correct my booking error. The massage chairs are amazing and they really are free! The breakfast was good, and the omlets are fresh and made to order. Kudos to the omlet maker, he made them perfectly every day.

Hotel room was clean and good, beds were comfy. Some noise outside the room late at night but is what it is! The omelet station and breakfast were awesome. Our favorite thing was the free massage chairs! Having to pay for parking wasn’t terrible since our room rate was pretty cheap

Cold shower in morning. Elevator door became stuck partially open. Had to wait for someone to come and pry it open far enough for my daughter and I to get out. It seems that it had been happening. Staff knew exactly what to do to open it.

As a frequent visitor to Nashville, I roll my daughter for her first trip and my husband’s birthday. 1- No hot water. We were told to let the water run 15 minutes and it would warm up, did not happen. 2- No washcloths (We went to the desk and found several other families requesting them as well). 3- Rooms had not been cleaned well.( Prior customers drink straws on the floor beside the bed). 4- Light fixtures between the bed were not operational.
