Staff was really nice, the girl that cooked and cleaned for breakfast did an amazing job. The only problem we had was when someone broke out windows of 6 different vehicles in the parking lot overnight and stole from them. Luckily our vehicle was spared, but the car beside us was not. Made us a little leary to park for the next night.

My husband and I traveled to Nashville for a concert. The desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were very easy. The room was okay, no real complaints other than it felt a little more dated than I thought it would. The beds are firm, which I prefer, but if that isn't your jam, then beware. The parking is a little tight, which I was surprised about. We had to park around the back of the hotel once we arrived after our concert. The truck parked next to ours had its driver's side window busted out sometime during the night. They do have signs posted in the parking lot warning not to leave valuables in the car; however, it was unfortunate that this happened. Especially since this hotel is on a block of a bunch of hotels.

CAR WINDOWS BUSTED

We checked in on Friday afternoon and immediately there was no attendant to be found. Waited 10 mins to check in, room was pretty decent other than the bathroom not being very clean. Skip forward to Sunday morning as we were headed to breakfast and my husband asked a guy on the elevator, how is your day going? The guy immediately informs us that a bunch of cars got their windows busted last night. We go out to the parking lot and see that we had two of our windows busted. Police report on the windshield. No one from the hotel informed us, or heard the car alarms going off. Once we had our rental towed they still failed to pick up the glass mess from our car. (Hopefully no one stepped into it) We didn’t receive a sorry or nothing. Talked to one of the workers who said it’s a pretty common thing to happen there. The whole stay we had there the attendant was MIA half of the time. We called to speak to the manager who was extremely rude about the situation and not compassionate at all. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE, your car is not safe at all!!!!!

Just what you need after a long flight!

Only stayed one after a long flight but had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. Highly recommended.
