We had a wonderful stay in this lovely place about 30 min outside of Nashville. The house had a large, fenced-in yard for our dog that was very nice for her. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck to relax. We enjoyed the trails around Murfreesboro and it was very convenient to go into Nashville for tours and sightseeing. The host was very nice and responded to us quickly if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

The rental is as pictured and communication is great. The location was perfect for our visit and a safe feeling neighborhood. We would rent it again. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and having tv in bedrooms was a plus.

We spent 2 days at the cottage with our puppy. Everything was clean and simple . No dog hazards and the fenced inn back yard was AMAZING! Great walking neighborhood with awesome food options near by . We felt safe and at home .

The fenced in back yard was very nice for our dog! However since we were there in late summer the mosquitoes were wicked! Bring bug spray! House was nice! Was perfect for my husband and I and our pup!

Pet-friendly with wonderful fenced back yard that was great for our dogs. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, lots of closet space. Two bathrooms which was convenient. Location was good for our trip but was not near downtown if that is a need. Smoke detectors were not functional. Exterior of house could use some attention to make it more like the pictures-exterior decks and steps could use a fresh coat of paint to make "first impression" more positive. The interior of the house is well appointed and comfortable. Easy arrival and departure instructions and an overall pleasant stay.

The pictures due no justice to how beautiful and quiet this space was. The beds were comfortable, and the back porch was serene for coffee in the morning. Had to contact the host a couple times and prompt replies definitely keeping on file for the next Tennessee vacation

Unfortunately, this was not a wonderful stay. The sheets had stains on them. I was not sure if they were clean or not. The towels were minimal and stained from use. I went out and bought new sheets and towels for our overnight stay. The house is in desperate need of a paint refresh I communicated with the host. I also found a loose little yellow pill on the floor. I should not have looked so closely as I found MINI dust bunnies around my husband made the final decision to not stay any longer in the home. We notified the host. We notified VRBO who reported that they were unable to contact the host. I then got a nasty message from the host accusing us of stealing /throwing awayher towels.

We could not stay here because it was SO nasty. I dont think it had been cleaned. Dog hair, spider webs, dirty silverware in the drawer and worse of all, DIRTY SHEETS. We left and got a clean hotel room at midnight once we discovered the sheets. Totally unacceptable. I am waiting for a refund. Sad after SO much driving.

Hidden Gem

The property manager was so kind and she quickly responded to a few questions that I had before check-in. It isn't easy to find a place to stay that will allow us to have our 3 dogs, so I was so grateful that she offers a dog-friendly house with an amazing fenced-in backyard that is as large as a dog park. The home was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay, and the bonus was the rooster that could be heard every morning around 8:30. Loved everything about the property.

Small cottage, HUGE yard

This is the second place that I've stayed at run by this host and Kristen continues to amaze with her friendliness and stellar properties! 2Bed Room/2Bath Room, Large kitchen, HUGE dog friendly fenced back yard, close to town, comfy beds, all the things you could ask for in a nice little place to stay. We had a little problem with the tv, and Kristen instantly offered to come over and help. Turned out it was operator error (ie, me.. lol) We DEFINITELY look forward to frequenting this hosts properties for our Murfreesboro stays in the future! Thanks again Kristen! Falling apart

Upgrade, Upgrade! The entire place is due for a serious upgrade!! Front and back porch are in dire need of a paint and seal job! Both are falling apart, literally railings and posts sagging and hanging. The back door locks but does not seal. We observed ants coming in through the huge gap in the door and on an adjacent window. Ants in the kitchen, scoured the cupboards and laundry room for cleaning supplies, but found none. TP holder does not stay on the wall in the bathroom. All furniture and beds were just fine. TVs in every room w wifi connectivity. Nice big backyard for kids and dogs, and enjoying the back deck. Excellent location, short drive for enjoying Murfreesboro
