First this property was decent for the one night stay we had. Room was clean, front desk was kind…etc. The noise is why I have it a mid rating. Yes, construction is going on around it, but that’s out of their control. The issue was being right next to a smoke shack gazebo. I was awakened several times throughout the night by guests who were LITERALLY right outside my door, laughing and talking as if it were daytime. I’m talking it was after midnight and because of the location of my room, I could hear the loud and apparently hilarious social activity going on in the wee hours. That is why I have such a low rating.

The location is ok. Approximately 30 minutes walk to Lower Broadway. The hotel itself is very old and dated. Rooms were not clean, bathroom was disgusting. Rooms have individual AC units but don't cool the room very well. Will not return.

Not greeted upon entry to check in no hello how may i help you, when I stated I wanted to check in, prompted with " ID & credit card". No enjoy your stay or anything very blunt. Dog friendly room, inspected before unpacked and saw LARGE cockroach in tub, immediately called front desk within 5 mins of checking in and was told "okay we will send someone". 10 minutes later we wentto front desk, showed picture I took and NO apology they proceeded to speak in a primary India based language and just issued a new room. No discount or apology I was with my daughter & dog and couldnt risk not finding a place to stay after 8 hours on the road. Second room was fine, breakfast was decent despite 900 degree 3rd floor elevator. It did the job but do your research for better options.

Well located property with lots of parking and walkability. Clean, modern, well-appointed room with microwave and fridge. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of breakfast choices. My only complaint would be that coffee both in the room and at breakfast could be a lot better.

No frills hotel perfect for the night

Convenient for a 1 night stay in between travel. The hotel is approximately 25 minute walk from Broadway, right off fhe highway and was perfect just for the night. It is right off the highway and can get noisy but it wasnt bad. Overall, clean and comfortable beds for the night

Great location, hotel was pricey for a motel style

They charge $20 a night for parking with an open lot. I have yet been to a motel like this that charges for parking. To me that is crazy on top of the price. Location is great. We were able to walk to many restaurants and bars.
