Staff was nice. I didnt see that I needed to pay $20 just to park in their own parking lot. Thats ridiculous. I book this stay because I live in a different town and needed to be at the hospital for surgery super early in the morning. There was black hair on the back of the toilet, a pillow and stuck weaved in my towel maybe from the wash. We had an extremely uncomfortable and super hard bed. It molded to your body but felt like a brick. My mother and I ended up sleeping in the same bed when I booked 2 queens. Other than that it had what we needed and no bugs and pretty clean.

The room was very clean. We both loved the thick towels and the actual bath mat. (So many hotels, even expensive ones) provide a bath mat that is really just a slightly oversized hand towel that sticks to your feet when you get out of the shower. Staff was courteous but not overly friendly for the most part. The complimentary breakfast was very good with plenty of options.

Had stayed at several Comfot inns over the past two years. No more. Room was tired and old. Furniture op and dirty. Shower coming apart. Stall could be a lot friendlier. Only thing we asked for were directions to walk Downtown.

The bathroom could have used a good deep cleaing, the shelves where the towels were had quite a bit of dust. Otherwise, location was great. 15 min walk from downtown, plus there were quite a few restaurants/bars right near the hotel.

I booked 4 nights here and ended up leaving early the morning after flying in because it looked nothing like the pictures and was very worn down. Management is not warm or welcoming at all. Didn’t feel safe staying another 3 nights. Only got refunded for two.
