Wifi and TV didn't work at all the entire night. They said they were working on it. Nothing was done to make for this. No discount, no nothing. The next morning when we complained at checkout, they said they would give us a partial refund if it still wasn't working. Well, what do you know, it was working in the morning, so no discount or even parking credit. Needless to say, I will not chance a stay at a Comfort Inn again if that's how they do business. Our room was okay, breakfast was a joke, but the location was great, hence 2 instead of 1 star.

I was helped by staff every time I asked them something. They didn’t have milk in their small market. I wanted some milk at night and a staff member got me some from breakfast area. The staff were very friendly and helpful

The room was large but that actually made it worse. The AC wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room. There was a pair of pants, a book and other trash still in the room when we got it. And paying for parking at a hotel I paid to stay at? Not cool. I’d probably still stay at this hotel because it’s close enough to Bridgestone Arena to walk and cheaper than any other hotel downtown. After complaining to management about the room they were nice enough to comp my parking.
