The staff tried to be helpful, but took forever to confirm that we hadn't wanted to book 2 rooms, just one. We also had a bathroom sink that would plu up quickly and they never came to fix it in the 2 days that we were there. Also the towels were very thin. The ice was only on the 1st floor. We have never not had ice on the floor we stay on.

Room had ants. Invaded 1/2 pizza on the counter and all of kitchen counter. Ladybugs but that is to be expected this time of year. Chair in room was filthy and torn. There was no coffee at 7 am on the breakfast buffet. No one around to tell. Told front desk staff, they got some, was FULL of grounds. "Hot" breakfast was anything but. Very disappointed because I have frequented this property (been a few years) and have always been please in the past. I can not recommend this property in it's current state and I will not be staying there in the future with so many other options close by. To be fair, they did issue me what appears to be a 1/3 refund. Almost paid for the 1/2 pizza (was a very expensive pizza!) the ants ate.
