Room was little quirky but fun and nice and clean. It’s a refurbished mill/office building as far as I can tell. No real staff on the premises but it had everything that was needed. Great amenities like a newly refurbished full kitchen and washer/dryer condo in closet helped a lot. I never cared annywhere else I’ve stayed but the hand soap, body wash and shampoo that were offered was truly the best I have ever experienced in my 70 years…Frama-St. Paul’s Apothecary. Wow. Great coffee to make in room too was top notch as well. Just a really superb experience and only a short walk to Broadway and all if the action that Nashville offers for less than half the price of other hotels that were located nearby. I’ll definitely be back.

The room was spotless, and Sonders provided all the essentials you might need. It’s a self-check-in setup, and if you'd like the room cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional fee. Location is great.

I have limited experiences staying at “self-serve” hotels of this natural where there are no staff on site and for this reason I was a little apprehensive at first. I must say, after staying at the Sonder Dovetail, all of those fears have disappeared and I felt completely at home. I was totally impressed by the quality of the accommodations at this price point. My unit was beautiful with a lovely view of the city in a prime location within walking distance of the main strip on Broadway. It was also equally close to a grocery store for buying supplies and the fully-equipped kitchen in the unit made it easy for me to feel at home in a foreign place. My unit was clean and well-appointed and the whole process from check-in to check-out was seamless. It was just like having my own condo right in Nashville. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. It is truly a hidden gem. 10/10 would recommend!

Room was great, spacious, clean. Although we arrived an hour earlier than check in we had to pay extra to check in early - room was clearly ready and I was disappointed with thus charge. Room curtains need attention - so much light comes in all night. We were on level 2 and quite noisy from traffic at night. Easy walk to Broadway St

Did not like paying 20 dollars to open the door 20 minutes before check in. TV was useless and having to carry luggage from 3 blocks away was not fun. I will say room was very nice 👍

Great stay at a great price!

Surprisingly enjoyed our stay. I was worried as there were previous comments about noise, etc. Studio room had a nice kitchen area, everything worked and the bathroom was a nice large one with a rain shower head. Property was clean, easy to access and near some really nice restaurants and cafes on Church Street. Easy for Uber/Lyft to find us and not a bad walk to all the action on Broadway. Felt safe to walk in the city after dark. Only suggestion would be to have a comfy chair in the room to watch tv. We had a studio.
