Overall it was a great stay for a Passing by trip to St. Louis. Hotel was clean, breakfast was great. Check in and out quick and easy with fantastic customer service.

Check-in was pretty rocky. Tried to charge me for room (it was prepaid), charged me for amenities (none were used and it was not refunded). Front desk clerk was friendly, but seemed to have no idea what to do. Other than the front desk issues, the hotel was great, clean, comfortable (as are all Hampton Inns).

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was fairly clean, the bed comfortable, but the pillows were typical flat hotel pillows. The hotel is located right next to the road so there is road noise, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, a fairly nice stay.

Late night check-in for just one overnight stay. VERY nice hotel for the price. Night mgr was great! Texted me about 15 minutes after our midnight arrival to make sure everything in our room was A-OK; it was. Breakfast was good. Nice comfortable and spacious lobby.
