Hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was a bit worn but clean enough. Could use a bit of updating. A/c worked great. I did it eat breakfast. The reason was because there was a dead roach in the elevator. It was cleaned up after I got back on, but just turned me off of eating any food .

The staff was excellent. Location is not the best. It has lots of unhoused people hanging around— the Waffle House next door is a delivery only place, drug users tweaking even in the gas stations nearby. The inside rooms are old, outdated, water damaged—. We left at 2am for the airport and a hooker was inside the hotel walking around talking on her phone. This is not the place I would recommend for anyone.

Overall stay was good, floors in lobby & dinning area were noticably dirty and sticky, all weekend. Lobby bathrooms had paper on floor all weekend. Our room was clean, however the bathtub was pealing and clogged the drain. For some reason the room keys randomly worked or didn't work and had to get them reset twice. Honestly I thought it was over priced for the area of town this hotel is in, with the vagrants in the parking lot asking for cigarettes. The parking is tight in the back for large vehicles and hotel sits on a hill. The drive way is extremely steep.

Lobby was updated but rooms were not. Shower had scolding hot or freezing water, could not get anything else. Breakfast was ok but limited seating (6 tables). Computers were down so had to wait an hour before we could check in. Worst experience.
