For some reason we were placed in an accessible room, no big deal except it smelled like urine. The bed wasn't a normal hotel bed, and squeaked with every move. The bed was the cleanest thing in the room thankfully.

The room was very excellent. It was clean. I became a member of the IG war program and I’m gonna be using them more in the future than anything and I really appreciate everything you’ve done made. Must stay a whole lot easier and I appreciate it.

I'd look for a different property next time

The property was older and run down with smells. The signs say smoke free, but the lobby and elevator smells told a different story. The woman at check in was nice enough. I am a man a felt uncomfortable to go to the gym in the morning/ Room smelled like old water. Because of this a slept terrible and since I was driving 700 miles a day, sleep and a shower were the only reasons I needed a room.

Very old, room smelled like mildew, leaking from air conditioner keeps the carpet wet on that whole side of the room. Stains on the ceiling. Someone tried to come into our room this morning (i had the deadbolt on so they couldn’t come in). Breakfast gross and stale. Coffee was bad.
