Great people not so hot water.

Our overall experience was great. All the employees were very friendly. We like the location very close to music row and relatively close to downtown. The fee hot breakfast was a great start to the day. The parking was a bit pricey. Hot water was the biggest issue. We were on the 7th floor so I don’t know if that was the problem or not. When we had only the hot water on it just warm enough for a shower. If you took a shower a little later in the morning you ended up with a slightly warm shower. It almost felt like you had to get out of the shower to warm up.

OKAY experience

The rooms are really small, and beds are very uncomfortable. Our room advertised that it sleeps 4 but was too small for 2 adults and 1 kid. There is construction going next to the hotel and it was loud in the morning. Overall, I would have not stay here again!

Terrible shower, construction, parking fees

The shower was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. It took several minutes to get lukewarm and the warm water didn’t last long. The pressure was terrible- barely a trickle, while the sink pressure was very strong. It was uncomfortable showering there. The additional fees during our stay should have been mentioned on the website, specifically the overnight parking fee, which is significant. The website should also include mention of the construction happening right next door, which is lousy and starts early.

I don't usually write reviews but honestly I loved this place. The room was spacious with a full kitchen setup and separate living area and sleeping area. The room was neat and tidy and staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

I wish this hotel had a hot tub like the other Home 2 Suites and a covered porch, not just a pergola that doesn't cover the rain. Other than that it is pretty good
