The tile floor was sticky and the bathroom floor was not very clean. The only parking is a garage owned by the hotel and cost $45 a day which I feel is exorbitant.

The rooms were very clean, quiet at night, the staff were very helpful. The Valet probably should have some training on amenities and things nearby. It would up their tips and increase the customer services.

The elevator to the parking garage was broken. I was very upset having to carry my suitcase and other bags down 3 flights of stairs. The parking garage is shared with another hotel and it was very confusing trying to find our hotel. A sign to direct the way would help. The breakfast was not very good and the bed was very hard.
