We arrived on a Thursday afternoon. Check in was easy. The extra fee for parking at $38 a day was a little ridiculous, but we paid it. That evening we went and bought a new car, which we parked in the parking garage. Friday we spent the day running around the city and when we came back to go to dinner, we noticed a pipe overhead of the new car was leaking and a white “water” covered the hood and driver side of it. We went to the front desk and asked if there was a way to wash it off. He tried to find the nearest car wash, but there was nothing. We ended up getting a bucket and some windex from the operations manager. We had to drive the car down to the street spending about 30 minutes trying to wash it down. It got a little bit off but you could definitely still see it. I had to ask for a credit for the parking, nothing was offered to us for the time and fact that it happened. He gave us a whole $19 credit. When we got home Saturday we completely washed the car which still didn’t get it off. We then had to go buy $50 worth of wax and hard water remover, and spend about two hours total to finally get it off. That $19 credit was bull when it was all said and done. The property is nice overall, but watch what they are charging you. Besides the high parking, they stuck a bar charge on our room that I found out at check out. There was one drink bought at the bar, but he never asked for our room number and I paid for it at the bar.

The room we had was large. No soap in the room to wash our hands or in the lobby bathroom. No pool towels. The halls and lobby had barely any air conditioning and our room was hot as well. The free breakfast is disgusting. The area was filthy with trash overflowing and no one refilling food. I would skip this property we would not stay here again.

I have stayed before and loved it. This time for 3 days we could not use the pool because of rowdy teenage boys from a baseball team. one of the days they took the outdoor tables into the pool stacked them on top of each other and was jumping off the top about 9 feet into the air. I asked the front desk to please have them stop and they said no they could not?? It was so unsafe and they were behaving badly and drinking they were 17 years old!! Our fridge never did get cold and I went to get ice on 3 different times on 5th and 14th floor and it was empty. Teenage girls sat at the downstairs bar for hours laughing and giggling and flirting with employees not good the employees alowed the kids to take over that hotel for 3 days they were loud disrespectful and breaking the law.
