Järven rannalla sijaitseva kiinteistö, jossa on seitsemän makuuhuonetta, mutta lähellä Nashvillen keskustaa. Veneily, kalastus, uinti, elävä musiikki ja se on aivan Old Hickory Lake. Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä keskustasta kaikille hienoille tonkeille, museoille, ravintoloille, elävälle musiikille ja kaikelle, mitä Nashvillellä on tarjota. Olemme myös lähellä vesipuistoja, kalliokiipeilyä, ulkomusiikkipaikkoja ja paljon muuta. Talo on 3 isoa kannetta nauttiaksesi luonnonkauniista näkymästä järvelle. On myös polttoaukko ulkopuolella.

Great Stay

The home was just about as advertised. The home was clean and well stocked for the weekend. The plates and cups needed a re-wash before we felt comfortable using them and the rains brought puddles near almost every top floor window, but outside of that, was very comfortable for our group. Kellie was an excellent host and was easy to communicate and coordinate with. Would consider staying here again.

The manager, Kellie, responded to all my emails in a timely manner. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to feed seventeen adults. Great mattresses - All of us are 60 or older, but we slept well on the beds. All the balconies gave us a chance to look out on the lake while drinking our morning coffee.

Fun week in Nashville

We chose to stay off broadway and rent a big house. This allowed us to split time relaxing and playing games at the lake and then head down to party when we wanted. It’s about 35 minutes to the party street so a little more expensive to uber than we thought it would be but overall well worth to relax in a peaceful neighborhood.The floor plan allows for 4 couples to spread out and have plenty of space.

Nashville Get Together

Kelli was a great hose and super responsive when needed. We didn’t get the email for the check in details from VRBO but Kelli stepped in and helped quickly. She was also very flexible with us on check in and check out even though we didn’t ask for it, it was offered, and very appreciated, allowing us more time to catch up with old friends. This is a great location in any season but we could see how the warmer weather months with access to the lake would make it even better. Reasonably quick access to downtown Nashville while still being away from the noise and lights of the city.

Incredible location for a Family Wedding Weekend

This was the perfect setting for family to come together to celebrate a beautiful wedding in Lebanon! The house was even better than advertised, lots of comfortable bedrooms, terrific bathrooms, eating spaces, and a wonderful kitchen great for family to gather around. The hosts were gracious, responded quickly to questions, and went above and beyond ensuring we had everything needed. We brought our own kayaks and enjoyed the dock and the water every day! Publix was closer than expected, an easy ride to pick-up last-minute items. We'd love to return sometime, but left with amazing memories!

The house was nice except for lots of steps for older family members. This is a central location and short drive to Nashville. It is a residential neighborhood and our group had difficulty with the quiet times. The manager was responsive to our needs.

First time to Nashville region and had a blast at this house. Very nice house in a greatly quiet location! Plenty of space for my group to work and play. Everything we needed. Great house and location!

We had a great few days at this house with family! So spacious and it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There is no carpet, so makes it feel even more clean. We rented a boat through Chip and enjoyed swimming and volleyball at the sandbar that was not far from the cove the house is on. The kids fished right off the dock. At night and during short periods of rain there is a cabinet full of puzzles and we always had one going on one of the two large kitchen tables. Kelli and Chip were very kind and available by text for any questions concerning the area and even have a binder full of helpful information in the house. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Lake!

This lake was so beautiful, the house was laid out great for our large mixture of families. Chip and Kelli were fantastic hosts, very responsive, friendly and helpful. The extra refrigerator on the lower level was awesome to store large bags of ice for the coming days.

Family fun on the lake

We stayed at the lake house with our children and grandchildren! Age range 1-73, and everyone had fun. We rented the pontoon boat and kayaks and a paddle board and spent so much time on the water, also floating on rafts and fishing from the dock. All this water activity made the trip. Inside the pool table and ping pong table got lots of action as well. A week very well spent!

Spacious house but dirty

The house was very spacious with lots of bedrooms and bed options for our large extended family. We enjoyed the fire pit and the large dining area that was able to accommodate our large family. Unfortunately when we arrived we were met with dead bugs all over the porch and a bench full of cob webs and bird poop. Once we opened the door we were hit in the face with a musty smell that lingered all through the house. It seemed like there was some sort of fountain on the bottom level that was not working that definitely had a musty smell to it. The showers and sinks had mold in them that we had to clean before using. The floors were swept but they definitely had not been mopped in a while. There was dust all through the house. We had to wipe all surfaces down before using them. The bed sheets were clean but the top duvet covers had not been washed in some time they smelled of body odor. The kitchen had a lot of useful gadgets (unfortunately we were unable to find the cord to the griddle) along with pots and pans. Unfortunately the oven fell short. It either ran too hot or not hot enough. The temperature was definitely off. If you have guests that have problems with stairs this is definitely not the place for them. There is a bedroom right as you walk in but no bathroom unless you go upstairs. While it is only 3 stairs they are big stairs with no rails. Our parents had to hold on to the wall just to get up and down. We enjoyed our stay but would not recommend to a friend.
