everything was new and in great condition. Other than that it was noisy, smelled like weed, dogs constantly barking, no breakfast or coffee the next morning. The covers were really thin and not comfortable at all! I’m not one to complain but for a new hotel it was very noisy and smelled.

Clean, bare-bones, inexpensive

We stopped in for a simple place to sleep on a fast drive toward Atlanta. We wanted low-priced place just south of Nashville. This was good for that. We are normally happy with something in the range of a Holiday Inn Express. By comparison, this feels like a newly-built college dorm. Spacious, clean, bright, bare bones. It does have a nice looking kitchen. Bring your own shampoo. Bring a sleep mask if you like a dark bedroom. We arrived about 9 p.m. The front desk attendant was nicely welcoming. She readily offered to move us to a new room when there was a problem with the first one.

I see why there are so many great reviews!

It was an amazing stay! Perfect place for a trucking family (hubby, the Rotti and I) to reset, it definitely felt like a home away from home and had the amenities to match! The staff was helpful and it is in an amazing location with lots to eat (across the street from a Publix). Not a lot of space for an 18 wheeler but they do allow truck parking (I recommend dropping your trailer at the pilot 8 min away in la Vergne and bobtailing) and plenty car parking. My favorite part about the suites has to be the kitchen but be sure to inquire about utensils and tools (or purchase from the local dollar general). Lastly I did notice that you can receive packages at this location as well which is super convenient for extended stays. I will definitely say that I appreciate the discount provided when booking through hotels.com but even so it’s worth every dime. We will be back and supporting LivAway in the future!

Great place but no hot water

Very clean and the staff was nice. Mark at the front desk offered great service. I would have given it 5 stars but the lack of hot/warm water was a real issue. I took the coldest shower of my life and complained the next morning so they moved us. The water in that room was lukewarm that day but freezing the morning of checkout. Hot water is a necessity in a hotel. I really hope they don’t launder their linens there with no hot water.

Flooring and room layout was excellent. In room amenities were lacking. No coffee maker, iron, or blow dryer. Hot water in shower was inconsistent even at various times of the day. I was surprised given the low occupancy rate that it was difficult to get hot water to the shower. Pet friendly and very secure. Would stay here again.

New hotel, old habits

The new hotel was very nice and spacious. Vending machine over priced, advertised cookware and silverware but didn't have any. No amenities at all!!! Staff was great!!
