Not intended for a short stay

The area was great. The hotel was nice, however the place is not intended for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The idea is for extended stay users. This was a 3 day 2 night stay. Most of the occupants were month long or longer occupants. The morning attendants were nice and very helpful. No hair dryer in the room, but there is a full size fridge and a cooktop. No cookware or utensils though. We had an issue with our air unit. Woke up and it was 64 in the room because our unit ran all night and wouldn’t turn off. Fixed it by turning the breaker off! The 2nd night we had double blankets. If I was looking for a place to live I would consider this place, but for the future short trips we will go elsewhere.

Well I was very impressed by the hotel with the exception of the kiosk has it would not put out a key that would open up the front door it would the room door but not to get into the hotel fortunately people opened up the door we were able to get in and we got a key that morning

Bad experience

First they gave the same room to two different families. Then we had to wait around 30 minutes more to get a new room. once we finally got a room, the key was not working so we had to wait a little bit longer for someone to open the door for us we didn’t get a new key until next day. No housekeeping no one came to clean the room. If you want any extra towels, you have to go get it yourself. Bad experience
