- The elevator in Building 20 is down until May 31, 2025 due to water damage. Dates are subject to change.
- The resort outdoor pool and hot tub are currently closed and undergoing renovations. The outdoor pool is scheduled to reopen May 1, 2025 and the hot tub will reopen on Jun. 1, 2025. During this time, noise, dust , odor and work crew onsite may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.

- Parking is free (no valet parking available).
- The nearest grocery store is five miles from the resort.

- Buildings 10 and 11 do not have elevators. Please be aware 3 bedroom lock-off suites are located in Building 10 and 11.
- A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
