**Note regarding the pool: The pool is open year round, but is not heated. It will be open and available during your stay, but the temperature of the water depends on the season. Fun fact, this unique guitar-shaped pool was built by country music legend Webb Pierce!

**Please note that all cancellations within the cancellation timeline will be charged a 7% processing fee if cancelled. A required $300 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.

Convenient location! I was worried about only having one bathroom while traveling with 3 teen girls, but it was perfect since the shower, toilet and dual sinks were all separated by their own door. This made it like have three bathrooms in terms of privacy and space for everyone getting ready. We had a great stay!

My husband and I just completed a 5-night stay at this Music Row apartment. Its location was great - walking distance to many things and an inexpensive rideshare to most anywhere else. We also really appreciated the free and easy parking. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped though to be fair, we really only ate breakfast there. It was a great base for our stay in Nashville.

Awesome stay

The owner was very helpful and communicative. The property came equipped with everything you need. The top bunk should only sleep one, as it is flimsy, but other than that, the property and stay were great.
