🚶‍♂️ Second-floor unit – Please note there are no elevators in the building. There are two small steps from the street to the front door and a full flight of stairs leading to the unit.

🚗 Parking: Shared parking is available in the back on a first-come, first-served basis, with ample street parking nearby.

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.
